Dunsborough - "Peppermints" 181 Naturaliste Terrace

'Peppermints' is a short 4 minute walk from town down Naturaliste Tce. It is a relaxing family holiday home and is only a short 5 minute walk away from the pristine white sands of beautiful Geographe Bay beach. There is a playground close by and the water is nice and shallow - very safe and protected swimming, especially for young children.

Use the " Peppermints" as your base to start exploring the magnificent Margaret River Wine Region, catch a few waves, or simply tune out and relax on the beautiful beaches.

Three bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a separate toilet and an outdoor hot water shower to wash the sand off.

Lovely weekend

Great house and location. Beds were very comfortable. Nice and clean with a homely vibe. Communication from the host was prompt and friendly. No linen, not even a tea towel was disappointing but overall a wonderful place to stay and we had a lovely weekend.

Comfortable and convenient location

My partner and I stayed here with our miniature schnauzer. The location is fantastic ... 5 min walk to the town centre and 10 min walk to the beach and beachside walking paths. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. There is a lovely yard with lawn and flowers (hibiscus and grevillea) out back, within which dogs can roam when the driveway gate is closed. Lots of bird life around too. The spiral staircase might be trouble for some, especially as most of the beds are upstairs. We didn't use the upstairs living room, but it would be very good for families. Highly recommend.

SO SO GOOD!

Has everything that you need. Kitchen utensil range is amazing, dish washer excellent, great and secure outdoor area for dogs. A GREAT PLACE TO CHILL. Everything adequately cleaned - just a couple of spots that would be covered in a "spring clean", but nothing that makes you go "URGH" or could ever be classified as a deterrence. Bed, lounge, dining area - all very comfortable & in excellent condition. The home screams "Welcome" on your arrival. Light and airy - AND NO PET SMELL INSIDE - hard to come by in a pet-friendly rental. No pet fur in any corners or on furniture. Perfect location for a wander down into Dunsborough town. We had a lovely short stay of two nights for a winter getaway in Dunsborough. Suzanne our host was very accommodating for us to check in a little earlier and her follow up to any requests was swiftly answered. The place was clean and tidy and was everything we were hoping for!!

Weekend getaway

We’ve stayed at this property a couple of times with our small dogs now and it’s great. It’s a close walk to coffee and the dog beach and perfect for a lazy weekend (or longer) away. You can cook if you want, but there’s plenty of food options nearby.

Winter Break

Loved Suzannes cottage....conviently located, very well equipped with everything you need for a homely stay.... Benji (our 3 yr old maltese shitzu) loved wandering around in the freedom of the garden. Would be ideal for 2 families sharing as lots beds but the hero for us was the the log fire which made a rainy weekend very cosy for board games and family time. Thanks Suzanne xx
