The Space:

Designed for memorable coastal escapes, this welcoming home combines comfortable interiors with generous outdoor spaces and a separate games studio, creating plenty of room for families and groups to spread out. The main living area centres around plush seating and a TV, with coastal-inspired décor creating a relaxed atmosphere throughout.



The kitchen caters effortlessly to everyday holiday living, featuring ample bench space, modern appliances, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. Casual breakfasts can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, while the nearby dining table comfortably seats six for group meals and evening catch-ups. Just beyond, a covered alfresco setting invites long lunches and casual dinners overlooking the garden, while the expansive lawn provides plenty of space for children to play and adults to unwind amongst the leafy surrounds.



A standout feature of the property is the separate games studio. Complete with a ping pong table, TV/DVD setup, air conditioning, comfortable seating, and a sofa bed that can be prepared as a sleeping area on request, it offers a versatile space for entertainment and downtime. The studio opens directly onto a second patio furnished with outdoor lounge seating and a BBQ, providing another inviting space to gather, linger over a morning coffee, or enjoy relaxed evenings amongst the garden surrounds.



The primary bedroom provides a comfortable retreat with a queen bed, a wall-mounted TV, a dedicated workspace, and an ensuite. A second bedroom also features a queen bed, while the third bedroom accommodates younger guests with two single beds. Two bathrooms support the home, including a spacious main bathroom with a bath and a separate shower.



An internal laundry adds convenience throughout longer stays, while driveway parking for two vehicles makes arrival and departure easy.
