The Space:

This inviting two-storey townhouse is nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Old Dunsborough, just a short stroll from the beach. Upon entry, the downstairs level welcomes you with a spacious TV room, perfect as a secondary lounge or a private retreat for the kids. Large sliding doors open onto the secure courtyard, creating a bright and airy feel. This level also houses a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, both offering a restful atmosphere.



Moving upstairs, the open-plan living area with soaring ceilings is the heart of the home, designed for both comfort and functionality. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and direct access to the dining area, which is bathed in natural light from large windows. The adjoining main lounge is centred around a gas fireplace, with plush seating inviting you to unwind in warmth and style. You’ll also find the primary bedroom, a serene retreat featuring a queen bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath, and the main bathroom on this level



Step out onto the covered balcony and take in the stunning views of the Old Dunsborough golf course, where kangaroos often graze at dusk. This outdoor space is perfect for alfresco dining, featuring a BBQ and a spacious dining setting. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply soaking up the tranquillity, this townhouse provides the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience in one of Dunsborough’s most sought-after locations.



A washer and dryer, double garage parking, plus an EV charger make everyday stays easy and convenient. Please note that the property is located by the old Dunsborough golf course, overlooking its greens.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire townhouse to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Just minutes from the property, Meelup Beach boasts calm, crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, and family picnics. A short drive away, Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse provides panoramic ocean views and is a prime spot for whale watching during migration season. For those who enjoy exploring, Ngilgi Cave offers a fascinating underground experience filled with ancient stalactite and stalagmite formations.

Food lovers will appreciate the nearby Eagle Bay Brewing Co., where craft beer and fresh local produce come together with stunning ocean views.
