Renters Beware!

Location is good, pictures in listing were from years ago. Property is not as pictured, could write a book on this place. Way over priced for current condition. Carlos reasoning was if we were sharing the place with multiple couples and splitting up the cost it wouldn't be overpriced. At 200 a night, I wouldn't complain.

Fantastic Home

This house was perfect for our needs. It fit all 12 of our family and friends comfortably and the games in the basement (pool table and video games) were great for our teenage boys. The house was in great condition, ample parking and a great fire pit out back with chairs to sit around. We never lit a fire but we sat and enjoyed the peach of the mountains and the sounds of the waterfall. The house is clean, beds are comfortable and kitchen has all the amenities you need for a great stay. We had friends staying in another VRBO and they were jealous of our house. The owner was very nice to deal with and easy to reach if I had a question. We will definitly come back again. Thank you!

Top Notch Location

The view of the falls was exceptional. The property is even better than pictured. It was an ideal place for our yearly family vacation - we were even able to include our dog. Plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and the game room was especially popular with my niece and husband. Thank you to Carlo for sharing his beautiful home with us.

Something for Everyone

We enjoyed our weekend stay by the waterfall in the woods with it's camping like setting outside but comfortable, clean, fully supplied home inside. It is a nice blend of both that kept the whole group happy and entertained. An obvious favorite was having a waterfall to hear and view from outside and inside but especially delightful when sitting by the fire pit. Inside has a very large modern kitchen suitable for a large group and endless activities between the arcade games, pool table, hot tub, piano and multiple large TV's. Arcade games were the inside favorite activity. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and the various large furniture pieces were as well and high quality. The open large house does make sounds echo a bit while sleeping so be sure to bring ear plugs if you have people awake at various times. We did have time to enjoy one of the community pools which had nice large umbrellas over the seating areas. Carlo was easy to reach, friendly and accommodating. He values cleanliness which we do too. When I was finalizing our trip I had not realized that my guest count was not updated accurately on VRBO when returning to reserve. Carlo helped me sort that out. Just take note that the prices change according to the amount of guests so have that correct if possible from the beginning for the most accurate quote. All in our group said they would definitely return again!

Awesome Weekend!!!!

Best place I have rented !!!! The waterfall view was memorizing and sitting on the large couch in front of the fireplace with the views of the waterfall make the weekend fly by. You can not go wrong here and this house is huge with enough room for any size family. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and video games. Carlo was a great host. My family wants to come back soon.

Incredible home

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay at this very charming and exquisite home. Absolutely fantastic and by far the best AirBnB experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this amazing home to anyone looking for a pocono get-a-way. The communication with the host was exceptional. He was so super responsive and made us feel valued and well taken care of. Entering the property, I was blown away by its immaculate cleanliness and pristine environment. The pictures really do not do it justice. Everything was more beautiful than described. The living room with the fireplace was warm and cozy and the views of the waterfall were just breathtaking! Everything about this home was incredible! I cannot wait to come back again!

Amazing all that jazz home!!!!

First, let me start by saying that Carlo made scheduling of this trip so easy. His communication was outstanding. He was always reachable before during and after our trip the home was absolutely stunning as the online pictures do it no justice it is spacious, beautiful, warm, comfy, peaceful, and tranquil. Not to mention, it was spotless!!!! we were able to enjoy the 15 inches plus snow from the day before which made everything even more picturesque. The waterfall just outside the home was amazing. We were six older adults and are returning in the summer to enjoy the home and all the amenities that go with it. Thank you again

Great stay!

Our group loved the waterfall - it is a roaring waterfall and right in the backyard. We spent hours looking at it and listening to its relaxing sounds over the weekend. The house is spacious - has a nice great room and kitchen area for everyone to hang out. We also made good use of the grill and hot tub.

I didn’t think it could get any better, but it did!

Another amazing stay! I had stayed here several years ago and fell in love with the home and the property it's on. Every detail is considered at this property. It was wonderful to return with friends years later to see all of the wonderful upgrades that have been done. Beautiful bathrooms, a half basketball court, a really fun tiki bar, amazing outdoor stone firepit and a hot tub with a view to die for. I didn't think this property could get away better, but it did. The owner is meticulous and is so easy to communicate with. He made our stay a breeze! We had an amazing weekend hanging out and relaxing in front of the two beautiful fireplaces. Nobody wanted to leave. We will definitely be back again! If you are on the fence about renting this property, don't be. Its an experience you won't soon forget.

Great Property

First of all, the photos of the waterfall don't do it justice...It's WAY bigger in real life and it's literally in the back yard. You can hear the relaxing sound of the falls from anywhere outside, as well as indoors as long as the windows are open. There are also 3 outdoor pools on the property to keep the kids entertained. One of which has a bar, for the adults. The house was clean an modern and with 3 levels, there is plenty of space for everyone.

5 Stars Across the Board!!!!!

What an amazing weekend! My husband and I stayed with 3 other couples and had the best time! The house is beyond beautiful and the sounds and sights of the falls in the background just added to this incredible property. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for sitting around, cooking, eating and enjoying cocktails all weekend. The pool table and video games were so much fun at night. In the afternoon, we enjoyed sitting by the firepit and making smores. The owner was amazing and immediately addressed any questions or concerns we had. Do not hesitate to stay at this property. You will not regret it. We are already planning on when we can get there again!

Cousins Weekend Getaway

We were five female cousins. Checked in on a Friday afternoon. The home was very cozy, open floor plan. The sound of the falls directly behind the home was soothing and calming. There are three full bathrooms, one on each floor, bedrooms throughout, lots of space for everyone to lounge and relax. The next day, we took a short drive to Bushkill Falls and enjoyed the outdoors together. Overall, our girls trip was five stars. We have already discussed, coming back with our spouses and families.

Great stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend with our adult children and there were 7 of us. Plenty of room for everyone to have privacy but also spend lots of time together. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the huge island is awesome. Unique house with cool features. Host was very responsive the whole time and when the hot tub breaker blew the maintenance manager came right over to fix. Bathrooms are beautiful and we had fun with the pool table and arcade games. The outdoor furniture needs upgrading but we ended up inside anyways due to rainy weekend. Still enjoyed the beautiful view of an amazing waterfall and were visited by a few deer!

THE BEST TRIP OF ALL TIME

Renting this property from Carlo was hands-down, the best experience our group has ever had!! I don’t even know where to begin in explaining how incredible the entire experience was. Working with Carlo was such a breeze. He was extremely accommodating and made the entire process seamless easy and fun. When we first showed up to the property, we were absolutely floored by how incredible everything about the house was. It’s absolutely stunning in every way! It’s perfectly nestled on a beautiful hill that has a waterfall running through it, it’s absolutely majestic walking around the property, especially the backyard! I promise you the pictures in the listing do absolutely no justice and only captures 1% of just how beautiful and breathtaking the surrounding nature is. Then there’s the house, it’s tremendous and more than accommodating for large groups. Everything is extremely modern, clean and perfectly decorated. There is tons of activities inside the house that will keep your group entertained for days on end! There is so many community amenities surrounding but to be honest, our group had way too much fun just using the amenities inside the house !! The jacuzzi was a big hit, it’s huge and in a perfect location for taking in views! The fire pit is also in a perfect location. I can go on and on about how perfect the entire week was for our group and how happy we were with everything about this home and the way Carlo treated us. Best trip ever!!! Thanks Carlo!
