« I reserved a room for 2 adults and 3 kids, the personal was complaining that we make 2 much noise , because the front desk was just under my room. My kids didn't make a lit of noise at all. The isolation wasn't not good att all. When people walked in the hallway we heard them . Bunch of people on my floor was making a lot of noise they didn't received any complaint at all. « Overall I enjoy this hotel and have stayed here a few times. This was my first poor experience with room availability. I reserved 2 queen beds, when I got to the property I was told my room “had a maintenance issue” and only King beds were available, with the understanding I could move to a 2 queen bed the following night. I attempted to move the next morning before heading out for the day and again no rooms were available. I asked to be texted with availability, that did not happen. I had a...

« Clean rooms, friendly staff and great stay!! »

« Facility was adequate. Rooms were clean. The staff was efficient and responsive. The room was missing a drawer in the kitchen. There were very dirty dishes mixed with clean dishes. Looks as if someone threw a few toys on the ceiling and they stuck. They were still hanging from the ceiling. »

« Staff were amazing!!! Both the gentleman working first shift and the lovely lady working second were awesome. There were things outside of their control, like literally no mattress on a room that advertises a sofa bed (She went above and beyond to get us something for my son to sleep comfortably in) it was very disappointing that we paid for this room and did not have that bed available. »

« Front desk was very unprofessional, hang up phone asked from information on why the lights went out. Was told to sit in the dark the remainder of the night because maintenance was off »

« Room was clean and well maintained. I actually left a night early because of the Marijuana smell. My whole stay the Marijuana smell was horrible. It was every day especially on Friday and Saturday night. I would stay thete again if the motel would do something about the problem »

« With took a non smokers room, which smell disguisting when we entre the room, like cigar. White towel were so dirty. We found hairs in the bed, etc… »
