There are no humans here to help you if you have an issue. You have to interact with a chat bot that is useless. The check in process took so long and was so confusing. Only two pillows provided for two people. I have a bad back and need another one to put behind my back and the chatbot refused to lend me one. The bed was rock hard. I did not sleep here and woke up constantly throughout the night. There was hair on the bathroom walls and overall it seemed to have a dirty/hadnt been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The curtains were messed up and refused to come down all the way. The curtains were not blackout. The elevators were so slow and serviced so many floors you would need to wait at least 5 plus minutes for one. At checkout time it took us 15 minutes to get an elevator. We were lucky and were on a higher floor. Folks on lower floors prolly had a 30 minute wait. Location was nice though. Close to food and cafes and malls.
