For stays longer than 28 days, a mandatory mid-stay clean will be required. We will send an invoice for this service, and the fee will be the same as the standard property cleaning fee.



Refundable Deposit – £300

A £1 hold will be placed on your card and automatically released after your stay if there are no damages or issues.



Damage Waiver – £30 (non-refundable)

Covers accidental damages up to £30 (e.g., minor scratches, stains, or broken items).



Unreported or intentional damages are not covered and may result in additional charges.
