'Couldn’t get into my assigned room the card keys wouldn’t work and when they tried using an emergency key the door latch was closed. There was somebody in the room sleeping, you could hear them snoring and they didn’t even wake up. I ran into the guy the next morning coming out of the room, hilarious. Why wouldn’t they know someone was in there.'

'As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail.
