« Beautiful atmosphere »

« We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. And, upon arrival from the event later in the evening, there were no parking spaces available without sufficient help from staff to rectify the situation. The rooms were nice-but there’s no...
