Great riverside house for a Guys weekend/bachelor party in Bullhead. Very well appointed house, with plenty of space in bedrooms etc…Pool and patio were perfect for hanging out in the sun. Hot tub took some fiddling to get warm, and then never really got HOT. Although at 100* outside, we may not have needed it. Owner/manager were very helpful and responsive for check in check out needs, as well as any available others (we had no extra needs during our stay)Overall a beautiful house in a quiet end of the river/cove, with easy access to the Bullhead/laughlin area.

Had such a great time! The kitchen is well stocked and both refrigerators were large enough to hold all our food, sodas, water and beer! The view from the balconies was gorgeous! Great spot for coffee in the morning. Our favorite spot was fishing on the dock! And the boat ramp was easy to use and so very close. We will be back. Dana was great to work with and made everything easy!

Great stay!

We had a great stay over Mother’s Day weekend. We had a range of children aged 1-4 as well as 10 adults. We had plenty of space. The property was so great for us because having the option of the pool right next to the river was easy with the kids. The lagoon is so clear and we had a blast fishing and kayaking. Can’t say enough great things about this place. We will be back next year!
