Guests are kindly asked to replenish consumables after the initial supply to ensure a seamless experience for all.

Identification & Booking:
Valid ID verification is required for all reservations in line with our property policy.

Our apartment is situated in a lively, up-and-coming district. The community is diverse, welcoming, and safe. Please note that cancellations due to personal perceptions of the neighborhood cannot be accommodated once your stay begins.

Check-In & Arrival:
Enjoy a secure, contactless check-in via smart lock. Your unique access code, along with full property address and arrival instructions, will be sent at noon on your check-in day. Note: Airbnb maps may occasionally show an approximate location; detailed directions will ensure a smooth arrival.

Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome with a $122 fee per pet, and an additional $122 fee for a second pet. Please provide a recent photo of your pet and valid vet records prior to check-in.

Additional Sleeping Arrangements:
Extra linens are not provided.

🧹 Upkeep & House Care

Guests are expected to:

🗑 Dispose of all waste securely in the designated outdoor bins. Improper disposal may result in a $100 penalty.
🚭 Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. Violations will incur a $500 remediation fee depending on severity.
⏰ Late Check-Out: Exceeding 30 minutes past the scheduled check-out time: $35 fee.
🕒 Extended Stay: Staying more than 2/2.5 hours past check-out will be treated as an additional night.
🧽 Excessive Cleaning: Additional cleaning required after departure: $100/$150 fee.
⚖ Terms of Stay

If you reside locally, please contact the host before submitting your booking request.

🚪 Occupancy & Entry:
Entry is strictly limited to the confirmed guest and any approved individuals listed in the reservation. All occupants must be declared in advance. Unregistered guests will incur a $80 daily charge per person. Unauthorized access may result in immediate removal without refund.

👥 Maximum Occupancy:
The total number of people on the property at any time, including visitors, cannot exceed 4. Exceeding this limit will result in reservation termination with no refund.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to respect the property and comply with all house policies. Any disputes or damages arising from your stay may result in responsibility for repair costs, legal expenses, or other associated fees where applicable.
