Room and Hotel were nice. nice breakfast in the morning. Hotel is very close to airport and a shuttle was provided to get to airport. Not sure how you get from airport to hotel with this shuttle. Tried to send this question via Expidia App however I never received a response from the hotel to my question.

the hotel is convenient located close to Eizeza airport. having stayed there numerous of times, this time got a room without minibar and a leaking airconditioning which was quite annoying as it was dripping on the floor all night.

It's the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever visited. The hotel is beautiful. The Italian restaurant Du Pazzi was amazing! Fresh pastas with incredible sauce options.

The front desk staff is very professional. Room is very clean and appears recently remodeled. Restaurant food is very good with very large servings. Restaurant staff is 5 star quality. Hands down the best Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed in.

The bus stop to the city center is near this Holiday inn, and therefore good for travelers likes to take a bus, the El Mangrullo located nearby provided delicious western food.

Very expensive for the condition of the hotel. The TV picture was dim and couldn't be adjusted. The beds were small and not hotel quality. The toilet seat was not attached firmly to the toilet. The bath/shower knobs were not firmly connected. I have had more than 100 stays in a Holiday Inn and this was probably the most expensive and the poorest experience.

Due to flight delay we arrived @ 12:30 am and all dining options were closed, no minibar in room and no vending machines. We had paid for breakfast but we left the next morning @ 06:00 for an early flight without any because the hotel could not arrange an early breakfast or even a box breakfast! The hotel is the closest one to Buenos Aires’ large international airport so it should be organized for late arrivals and departures but sadly it was not at all. On top of this the sink in our bedroom had only cold water

I did not like that we had to ask for towels for a third member in our group We were very tired and the hotel knew there would be 3 people staying in our room. I like Holiday Inn because of the nice free breakfast and the gentleman the night before said it was included. After we got our breakfast there was a woman who approached us and said breakfast was not included except for members. After we spent a good amount of time looking for our member # they said we hadn’t earned enough points. They did let us check out late which was nice because our flight wasn’t until night. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

Great Hotel with one small service issue
The only negative is the speed to get your food or coffee. Personell is very attentive and quick to seat you and take uour order. However it takes too long to get it. Otherwise the Hotel is great in every other aspect.

Room was ok but airport transfer failed to pick us up from the airport as the bus was already full. Italian restaurant serves huge portions of pasta so better to have one portion between 2! View out of the room was a petrol station and some bins. A bit overpriced for what it is but at least close (ish) to the airport

The AC doesn’t work well. This is my third time there during the summer and even though the hotel lobby and dinning areas are cool, the rooms are extremely hot even with the AC on low. Considering it was 40 degrees Celsius and for the price of the hotel, I was expecting a better cooling system. Aside from that the rest was perfect.

Stay in Buenos Aires
We had a 14-hour layover with our flights. Holiday Inn was the closest hotel to the airport and had airport shuttles every hour during the day and several times at night, so we picked the hotel. It turned out it was clean, convenient, and very nice.

No hot water. For this money, and being a Holiday Inn, I expect hot water. It was clean, I'll say that, but I flew 3 1/2 hours to get to Buenos Aires, arrived at 6pm and had to take a shuttle to the airport 9 hours later at 3am for a 6 hour flight to Quito. So, no breakfast because I was leaving too early, all I wanted was a quick dinner bite and hot showers. The Caesar salad was strange, it didn't have Caesar dressing, but it was still good enough to eat.
