The apartment is located in the wonderful area of Palermo Soho, one of the favorite sub-zones (unofficial) within the popular Palermo neighborhood, the largest in BsAs. It's one of the most vibrant areas of the city, integrating a variety of spaces and proposals to enjoy, where you'll never get bored, but you will have time to relax with a glass of wine. Palermo Soho is characterized by its "trendy" streets where fashion and trend are breathed, its bars, street art, young movement, craft fairs, and squares with events, themed places for all tastes and budgets. It's integrated with Palermo Viejo, called so by the neighbors

The apartment is close to two major avenues; Av. Juan Bautista Justo and Av. Santa Fe, which connect to all points in the city.



The nearest Metro (Subway) station to the apartment is 5 blocks away, located on Av. Scalabrini Ortiz, Scalabrini Ortiz Station, Green Line D.



You'll find a variety of places to walk, buses to the Center, and nearby areas. You can also move around the city with driver apps like Uber, Cabify, or Didi.
