Set on a working farm on the outskirts of Bude, the property is just 1.5 miles from the welcoming centre of this popular seaside town. A surfer’s paradise, Bude is home to Summerleaze Beach, with Crooklets Beach just a little further along the coast (2 miles). Pick up surf equipment from one of the many local shops or bring your own, and enjoy days spent riding the waves, playing beach games or soaking up the sun. You can also take a refreshing dip in Bude’s wild sea pool. Walkers will love exploring the dramatic Hartland Heritage Coast (5 miles) and the beautiful Cornwall Coast National Landscape (4.5 miles), all linked by the South West Coast Path, where hidden coves and cliff-top views await.

Decorated with nautical details and shell-inspired design features, this bright and cheerful abode is a constant reminder of its coastal setting. Arranged across a single storey and set beneath high ceilings with original beams throughout, everything you need is close at hand. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a welcoming space, fully equipped for rustling up delicious meals, with a dining area for two and a cosy lounge complete with a deep sofa and TV for relaxed evenings in. Leading off from here is a spacious double bedroom, styled with soft linens and soothing decor for a restful night’s sleep. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and plenty of space to unwind.

Outside, enjoy access to the surrounding farmland, including a large shared lawn where you’re welcome to picnic or simply bask in the sunshine. Guests also have use of the on-site children’s play area and shell studio, where you can join a creative session and try your hand at crafting. Off-road parking for one car is provided, completing this peaceful rural escape.

- Travel cot and high chair available upon request

- On-site shell studio: sessions are up to 2 hours long, and items can be made from £5

- Off-road parking for 1 car

- Essentials shop on site, 24 hour shell deli 1mile, pub 1.1 miles and beach 1.8 miles

- Dogs to be kept on a lead whilst exploring the grounds. There is a farm track that runs around the outside of the grounds that is suitable for dog walking
