'The apartment itself was amazing, great view, clean and tidy. I had to ask 3 times for a roll out bed before we arrived as although the booking always for 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a 14 year old girls and 8 year old boy so sharing a double sofa bed wasn’t appropriate. The neighbourhood it sits in doesn’t have much around. It’s a little way away from the centre which we didn’t mind when we booked. The issue we did have was that a lot of Ubers refused to take us anywhere as there was 4 of us....

'The hotel failed to do the check-in, so at the time i was supposed to enter i didnt have the credentials to access the apartment. Customer support was non existent, I had to contact everybody by myself to figure out why they forgot to complete the remote check-in.. The apartment was also disappointing. There are a high number of rentals in Bucharest. This must be avoided for sure. Hotels.Com was not reachable for a complaint or help.'
