Your Bryson City adventure begins at this 2-bedroom apartment. Nestled in the heart of the city, this soothing and peaceful retreat offers the perfect escape for guests. With a king bed and a full bed, you'll find comfort and relaxation in every corner. Immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance as you soak in the bathtub, or stay connected with the AC, WiFi, and heating amenities. Whether you're exploring the vibrant city or simply unwinding in the cozy living space, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.


A beautiful view moments from downtown Bryson City. Enjoy the fire pit, charcoal grill, deck and patio area in between your adventures! Unit A ( the upstairs ) is my office M-F 11am - 3pm but is rarely utilized during a guest's stay. There is no shared spaces and there is no access from unit A to Unit B or visa versa. The entry to the rental space has it's own private and secure entrance.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean. The location was idea as it was just a short drive to all the best restaurants and local attractions. The view from the apartment was an added bonus.

This place was AMAZING! The mountain view was absolutely stunning and honestly one of the best parts of our trip. The location is perfect — super close to downtown Bryson City, yet quiet and peaceful, so you really get the best of both worlds.The apartment was spotless, cozy, and so comfortable. The beds were great, and the LoveSac bean bag was a HUGE hit with our family — we all fought over it. There’s also a fantastic outdoor sitting area that would be incredible in warmer weather (we visited when it was freezing, but still loved having the option).We stayed as a family of 4 and it was the perfect setup. The host was absolutely wonderful — super responsive and kind, and even allowed us to check in early at the last minute, which was such a blessing.One small thing to note for winter stays: the heat is a window unit. Three of us were totally fine, but if you’re cold-natured like me, bring warm pajamas and a blanket and you’ll be golden.We loved everything about this stay and would 100% book here again. Highly recommend!

After reading the reviews about the driveway, I was a little nervous. But if you follow Dan's instructions you will have no problems! The apt is in a prime location, less than 5 mins from the Depot. We plan on going back for a fall train ride and will definitely book again!

We had a very nice stay! The house is clean & has a nice patio with a view of the mountains. We did have an issue with the shower not draining properly during our stay. It’s also ver hard to see pulling out of the driveway. With this said, I’d still recommend this house. It’s also convenient to downtown!

Difficult for 2 older women to enter premises due to stairs and uneven terrain, the interior looked like it was pieced together with scrap lumber and needed painting, floor was coming apart and uneven, furniture looked like it came from the thrift store. No lamp or top sheet in smaller bedroom. One little window air conditioning. Kitchen sink kept making gurgling noises. With the price of VRBO and AB&B properties going up so much it is no longer efficient to stay there then a nice hotel. No complimentary, water, coffee, toiletries etc.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The backdoor view is stunning with lots of patio seating to enjoy. Inside, it is spacious and very comfortable. Note there is not a stove/oven. However, a full refrigerator and microwave are available. I appreciate the extra instructions on how to safely navigate entry/exit to the steep driveway and road. "Checking the mail" provided confidence as we pulled out to a safe spot outside of the road lane. Thanks for a good stay. We would like to come back again sometime!

This property has a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was clean and as advertised. We really enjoyed the apartment, especially the porch. If you like Italian food, I would definitely recommend Pasqualino's, it was amazing!

We loved staying here. The most gorgeous sunsets every night. The house is very roomy, great big table for puzzles and cozy living room. The host was super responsive and helpful. The location is very close to everything in town. A quick drive to the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad.

Perfect Spot between everything.

Great Property in beautiful location, only minor issues.

This property was in a beautiful location and a great layout inside for a young family with kiddos that need lots of room to play. Very clean, and plenty of linens, and nice size kitchen for a short visit. Very convenient to downtown and the railroad, about a 6 minute drive for us. However, my biggest issue for the residence was the overwhelming artificial fragrance from plug-ins and air fresheners. Our child with asthma was struggling with the overwhelming artificial fragrance and linen fragrance. Our bags and clothes even held onto the fragrance and I had to wash everything, even the clean unused clothes when we got home. Check-in was also changed to an hour later on us 25minutes before we were arriving, I’m assuming because of delayed cleaning.We had picked this location specifically for the earlier checkin so that was problematic for us, but hopefully a one time issue. Overall a very nice stay, but would need less air fresheners and less fragrances linen detergent to return.
