'The location is superb. It’s on a quiet street and the apartment is quiet. The building (which is small) appears to have been recently renovated. All the fixtures and appliances worked well. 'The location of the apartment is first class, in the affluent centre of the city with easy access to the trams, buses, shops, attractions and restaurants. The apartment is on the 4th floor but the lift made life easy for suitcases.
