'We were so impressed with the exemplary customer service we received during our stay over Christmas. The staff welcomed us and saw to our every need. The wait staff in the resturant and bar were fast, efficient and very helpful. We loved the pool, dry sauna and hot tub that used daily. Everything was in easy walking distance of the hotel and sight seeing was easy from this excellent downtown location. We were impressed that Santa visited us with a bag full of treats that hung on our door...
