The one thing we did notice, and know it cannot be easily changed, is that it would be nice for the bathrooms to be bigger-felt a bit tight on the shower/toilet area. 'This place is misleading and poorly maintained. It looks nothing like the photos shown on Expedia. I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but it was clearly a smoking room. The smell was overwhelming—so strong that all of my clothes and belongings ended up smelling like smoke after just one night. Cleanliness was a serious issue. 'We stayed at the Inn during Valentine’s Day weekend, and our stay was perfect! The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Very comfy bed. Breakfast cooked to order was a highlight, and they accommodated my gluten allergy advance notice. Every employee was incredibly nice. I would eagerly recommend this place to anyone!'

While very convenient to downtown and lots of shopping and dining options, the street can be quite noisy with lots of light which can make sleeping -- depending on the location of one's room -- a bit challenging. 'This is the second time that we have stayed there and we were not as impressed as the first time. We go for the hot tub and it was not nearly as clean as we had hoped. '

'We were left stranded on the day of a wedding because although this establishment is contactless and doesn’t have a “front desk” nothing was communicated to us giving instructions to our reserved room. We were left to change into wedding attire in a local Starbucks bathroom because no one associated with this establishment would answer a call, email or text.'

'It was a clean hotel. It was in a safe and quiet location. The Hibachi restaurant was in walking distance. The hotel room was clean. This hotel does not have a pool but we knew that when we booked it. The breakfast was very good! Lots of options!! Mark at the front desk was helpful and pleasant.
