The Space:

Aquarius is the perfect cabin for your next large gathering. Featuring a private swimming pool with option to heat during the cooler months, hot tub, play set for the kids, and indoor arcade and shuffleboard, this luxury cabin is a great choice no matter the season. We can’t wait to host you at this Broken Bow cabin!



Aquarius is a pet-friendly cabin with 4 king bedrooms and a bunk room with 4 queen-sized beds. The cabin can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.



Kitchen/Dining Room:

Dining table seats 8 with additional bar stool seating for 4 at the kitchen island and 4 at the breakfast nook table. Kitchen also features a gas stove, oven, Keurig K-cup coffee machine, flatware, drinkware, dishes, cookware, crock pot, toaster, blender, and grilling tools.



Living Room:

Gas fireplace, large sectional sofa, two chairs, Smart HDTV, half bathroom, and sliding glass doors leading to the back deck.



Downstairs Master Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2):

King bed, 2 nightstands, bench, Smart HDTV, electric fireplace, private access to back deck with seating area, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.



Downstairs Master Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2):

King bed, 2 nightstands, bench, Smart HDTV, electric fireplace, private access to back deck with seating area, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.



Upstairs Master Bedroom #3 (sleeps 2):

King bed, 2 nightstands, bench, Smart HDTV, electric fireplace, private balcony with seating area, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.



Upstairs Master Bedroom #4 (sleeps 2):

King bed, 2 nightstands, bench, Smart HDTV, electric fireplace, private balcony with seating area, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.



Upstairs Bunk Room (sleeps 8):

Two sets of queen bunk beds, private balcony with seating area, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.



Upstairs Game Loft:

Shuffleboard, sit-down arcade, two sofas, Smart HDTV, selection of games.



Outdoor:

Hot tub, gas grill, dining table for 6, entertaining area, Smart HDTV, fire pit, corn hole, private swimming pool with option to heat during cooler months, pool lounge chairs, dining table on lower pool deck, play set, life-size Connect 4.



General:

Cabin is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of pet fee and manager approval. Smart HDTVs throughout cabin. Full-size washer and dryer available in laundry closet. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 16 guests, no exceptions.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire property. If you wish to use the fire pit, please note that firewood is not included in the booking and must be purchased separately. You may also contact us if you would like us to arrange firewood for you for an additional charge.



Parking:

Private driveway for 3–4 vehicles.

Please review the following details before booking to ensure the best possible stay at Poolside Pines:



Pool Heating

- Pool heat is available October–April for an additional fee of $125 per day with a 2-day minimum.

- Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival and cannot always be guaranteed due to weather conditions or equipment limitations.



Hot Tub

- The hot tub is available year-round. Please keep the cover closed when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.



Fire Pit & Fireplaces

- Firewood is not provided. Guests may purchase firewood locally if they wish to use the outdoor fire pit, or they can give us a call if they want to arrange it prior

- Indoor gas fireplaces are seasonal and available October–April.



Pets

- Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and pet fee.

- Pets must be supervised at all times and are not allowed on furniture.



Parking

- Private driveway parking available for approximately 3–4 vehicles.

- No street parking allowed.



Security Cameras

- For safety, exterior security cameras are located at entry points and outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the home.



Occupancy Limit

- Maximum occupancy is 16 guests at all times.

- Parties, events, and extra guests are not allowed.



Self Check-In

- This property offers self-check-in with keypad entry.

- Check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



Weather / Nature Notice

- This cabin is located in a forest setting.

- You may encounter insects, wildlife, or weather conditions typical for Broken Bow.



Maintenance / Pool / Hot Tub Disclaimer

- While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working perfectly, occasional service interruptions may occur due to weather, power outages, or equipment issues. We will address any issue as quickly as possible.



Interaction with Guests:

After confirming your reservation, a rental agreement will be sent to you for review and signature. This must be completed before your arrival.



The minimum age to book and check in is 25 years old. Reservations made by individuals under the age of 25 may be subject to cancellation.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

If you plan to bring pets, please note that the cabin charges an additional pet fee of $125 per pet, per stay. Kindly contact us in advance to ensure the pet fee is added to your booking.



Pool heating is not included in the accommodation fee. If you would like to add pool heating.
