With two queen bedrooms downstairs, a third upstairs, and additional loft sleeping space, the two-story layout provides a comfortable balance of shared spaces and personal retreats.



Thoughtful conveniences include Smart TVs, room-darkening curtains, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, fresh linens, and a washer and dryer.

Follow the backyard toward the water and settle into the fire pit area, complete with chairs, a hammock, and string lights. Spend the evening sharing stories while enjoying the sounds of nature.



🛶 Your Backyard River Adventure

The river is one of the most memorable parts of staying here.



Cast a fishing line, paddle the provided kayaks, or enjoy tubing and other water activities when river conditions are suitable. Guests have especially loved spending warm days on the water and watching fish and turtles from the deck.



A helpful note: The natural riverbank has steep areas due to erosion and can be challenging to climb. Water levels and conditions vary, so please use caution and supervise children near the water.

We believe pets are part of the family, and we're happy to welcome your well-behaved furry companions with prior approval!

A few pet guidelines:



• Pet Fee: $50 per pet, per night.

• Approval: Required before arrival.

• Furniture: Pets must stay off furniture.

• Cleanup: Guests must clean up after their pets.

• Pet Supplies: Please bring beds, bowls, and essentials.



Unauthorized pets or pets on furniture may incur additional fees.
