Welcome to Flashover Cabin, your charming retreat nestled in the heart of Broken Bow, Oklahoma! This enchanting tiny home offers an idyllic escape for couples, families, or a small group of friends, with its warm ambiance and rustic charm. Boasting a cozy 1 bedroom with a queen bed and an additional sleeping loft featuring a king bed, this cabin comfortably accommodates up to four guests and your pets. Please see the end of this description for services you can add to your stay (early/late check in or out, firewood delivery, pet fees). 

As you approach Flashover Cabin, you'll be captivated by its picturesque setting as this cabin borders the Ouachita National Forest. The expansive deck at the rear of the cabin is the perfect spot to unwind and immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of nature. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening as you enjoy the tranquility of the forest, and keep an eye out for the local wildlife.

Step inside the cabin, and you'll be welcomed into a cozy living room that beckons you to kick back and relax. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, catch up on your favorite shows on the Roku TV, or have a movie night with the provided DVD player. If you prefer some old-fashioned entertainment, there's an array of board games to challenge your companions.

The full kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker, an oven/stove, and a microwave, preparing delicious meals is a breeze. You'll also find all the cookware and dining ware you need, making dining-in a convenient and enjoyable experience.

The cabin offers separate heating and AC units in both the living area and the downstairs bedroom, ensuring that you stay comfortable regardless of the weather outside. Cozy up with a book or enjoy a restful night's sleep in the bedroom's plush queen bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, the charming sleeping loft boasts a king bed, providing a unique and cozy sleeping experience.

When it comes to outdoor recreation and relaxation, Flashover Cabin has it all! Gather around the inviting fire pit, surrounded by Adirondack chairs, to share stories and s'mores under the starry night sky. The hot tub is a dreamy spot to soak away your cares, offering the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure. There is a grilling area ready for you to prepare your favorite barbecue dishes and have a delicious meal on the deck, surrounded by nature

For those seeking a little friendly competition, the horseshoe pit is sure to provide fun-filled entertainment. Swing into relaxation mode on the tree swing, or curl up in the hammocks with a good book, letting time slip away.

Flashover offers an additional perk for those traveling with friends or family. There’s a second tiny cabin located next door called Rekindled which can be booked together with Flashover for added space and privacy. This is a great option if you're traveling with another couple or family members, as it allows everyone to have their own space while still enjoying time together.

GUEST NOTES AND ADDED SERVICES: 
P E T S : *There is a flat fee of $50/night if you are bringing pet(s). Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent. Pet limit is 2. Please reach out to us if you have a special request. 
F I R E W O O D : You can opt for a starter pack of firewood to be delivered to your cabin for your stay. 6-8 pieces (depending on size) for $20. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent. 
E A R L Y / L A T E: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. This must be requested and approved by your SkyRun host! We compensate our team additional funds for accommodating guest requests and coordinating their daily schedules and/or working after hours to help make this happen for our valued guests. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
WIFI AVAILABILITY: Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary convenience for our guest; however, it is not considered an essential part of the rental. Refunds will not be issued for Wi-Fi-related issues including connectivity, speed, local outages, or accessibility.
