The property is within walking distance of the North Foreland Golf club, Kingsgate and Joss Bays and, for anyone who would like a drink or a meal without having to take the car out, there is the Botany Bay hotel or the Captain Digby restaurant. A regular bus service travels around Thanet on the Loop and there is a useful convenience store nearby. The centre of the delightful Victorian seaside resort of Broadstairs is only a five minute drive with its mainline station and the high speed rail service that can whisk you to St Pancras in under an hour and a half. The town also has a wide variety of individual shops, bars and restaurants as well as the renowned Viking Bay. There are also a number of annual events such as Folk Week, the Dickens Festival and the Food Fairs.

This remarkable and spacious detached cliff top holiday home is approached along a private road and accessed through large automatic wrought iron entrance gates that open onto a block paved frontage where you can comfortably park 4 vehicles. An EV charger provides convenience at your fingertips - please check for any associated costs.

Step inside to the lobby with a beautiful oak staircase leading you up to the first floor and oak flooring that extends through the accommodation.

On the ground floor, guests will have access to a double bedroom with King Bed and en-suite bath/shower room, walk-in wardrobe, and patio doors leading to the terrace. You will also find a cloakroom with toilet and a convenient utility area with a washing machine and dryer, adding to the home's practical charm.

Upstairs you will first discover a large landing with cathedral style windows offering the first of many stunning sea views, it’s a great space to sit back, relax and chill while admiring the ocean. The impressive open-plan living space has been designed for relaxation and entertainment in mind. The fully fitted contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar and modern appliances, makes it the perfect space for culinary enthusiasts and foodies. The spacious living area provides access to the front and rear balconies. The front balcony offers panoramic and uninterrupted views of the coast and the rear Juliet balcony overlooks the garden, a spiral staircase provides quick access to the outdoor area. The main living area also has comfortable sofas where you can cosy up around the log burner or enjoy your favourite shows on the 77" smart TV, complete with a variety of streaming apps (guests will need to log in to their own profiles). A dining table with seating for 8 guests provides the perfect place for guests to enjoy a home cooked meal or a takeaway or gather together to play one of the board games provided.

The amazing master suite will not disappoint. Here you will find a Superking-sized bed and built in wardrobes, an ensuite wet room and front and rear balconies providing further sea and garden views.

The are two further beautifully appointed bedrooms on this floor, the first has a double bed and the second is a twin room with 2 singles. Each room is thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, as well as a toilet and basin.

Step outside to your private oasis. Patio terraces, a beautiful lawn with sub-tropical vegetation and the "pièce de résistance" a heated 11m salt water swimming pool with a cantilevered roof (available May-September). There is also a large garden room set up with a TV and garden furniture that can be moved outdoors dependant on weather.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Broadstairs and Margate train stations are the nearest stations to the accommodationown and are regularly served by South Eastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well as trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 80-90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station. Once you arrive at the station you will need to organise a taxi or take a local bus to the accommodation.

The National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: The Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

There are many local reasonalbly priced taxi companies serving Thanet.

The use of accommodation and amenities, where offered, such as swimming pools, hot tubs, rowing boats, beach huts etc, is entirely at the Hirer’s risk and the Owner excludes all responsibility or liability for injury, or loss or damage to Hirer’ or visitors’ belongings. Further, neither the Owner nor Let’s Host For You LTD will be liable to you, any member of your party or person visiting the Property during the period of your hire of it for any events outside the Owner’s or Let’s Host For You LTD reasonable control, such as the breakdown of domestic appliances, plumbing, wiring, temporary invasion of pests, building works at adjacent properties, damage resulting From exceptional weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances or any Force Majeure Events. You also accept that Let’s Host For You LTD in acting as agent for the owner will not be liable for any negligence on the part of the Owner resulting in loss, injury or accident. Further, neither the Owner nor Let’s Host For You LTD will be liable to you for the withdrawal/removal of any facilities/amenities From/in the Property resulting From a Force Majeure Event. Where Wi-Fi is an advertised facility, please note that its provision is subject to availability and network conditions.
