Bay Cottage is a beautiful 18th century cottage located in the heart of the historic seaside town of Broadstairs. The cottage has been lovingly renovated to a high specification but it still retains its original charm, character and features. This really is the best location to stay in Broadstairs only a minute walk away to the beautiful sandy beach of the famous Viking Bay and a wealth of fabulous restaurants, bars and shops.

The cottage also has a large patio garden to the rear.
There is ample free paring only a 2 minutes walk away on The eastern Esplanade.
The property offers a wealth of accommodation, including 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have king size beds and one with 2 single beds. Additionally, there is a full bathroom on the first floor with a shower cubicle located in the master bedroom on the top floor.
As you enter the cottage there is a beautifully presented, relaxing living room, with original wood beams and a lovely cosy wood burning open fire for the winter months. There is TV and DVD player for your entertainment as well as free WIFI.
From the living room you go through to a well equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, microwave and a fridge freezer.
From a door in the kitchen you can access a lovely private courtyard with a BBQ and outdoor furniture.
A short flight of spiral stairs to the first floor will lead you into to bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. On this floor there is also the bathroom, with a full size bath with shower attachment, sink and toilet.
Another spiral staircase will lead you to the third bedroom which has a double bed and a shower cubicle.
