This stylish holiday cottage is in an ideal location on the glorious Kent coastline, with the beach within walking distance, and is perfect for exploring the pretty town of Broadstairs (2miles). For walkers and cyclists, the Viking Trail runs along the end of the road above Botany Bay and stretches from Ramsgate to Reculver, or for water sports enthusiasts, take a dip in the sea at Botany Bay and enjoy a spot of surfing or kayaking. Those looking to venture slightly further afield, visit Margate (2.5miles) with the Turner Contemporary Gallery and recently restored Dreamland theme park. Alternatively, the historic City of Canterbury is 18 miles away and is known for its Cathedral, the Canterbury Tales, and great shopping and places to eat.

Enter the cottage through the front door which opens into the welcoming open-plan studio area. The lounge area is cosy and comfortable with a chesterfield sofa and Smart TV. There is a breakfast bar to sit at in the kitchen area which is compact and well-equipped to cook up a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. After a busy day of exploring retreat to the comfy super-king-size bed for a good night’s sleep. The property is completed with a large bathroom where you can soak away surrounded by bubbles or start the day with an invigorating shower.

Outside there is a fully enclosed courtyard garden with artificial grass, patio seating and a charcoal BBQ for enjoying a spot of outside dining.
