'When we arrived the property owner told us he rented out to someone else. We already paid for two nights. We had to find somewhere else to stay at 8 pm. Not happy and will never use this service again.'

'The locTipn was quiet and perfect for our 4 night stay. The host was reaponsive and very helpful. The host even had several disposable tooth brushes and other items in the event we needed them. It was a great stay and we would be happy to stay here again! Highly reccomend!! Buckland Hills Mall is only a 10 minute drive and the food in the area is perfect. Woodbridge Pizza gives large portions and has amazing food. Thank you!!'

'Entered the unit. Started unpacking and found a prescription pill on the carpet. Not sure how that would not have been picked up by the vacuum. There was only one bath towel for two people. Bathroom sink looked like it was just wiped down. The chrome around the drain was dirty and could be wiped off with your finger. The light in the bathroom, although very bright had a thick layer of dust and bugs in it. The shower curtain had orange on the bottom which is mold. It is advertised as a lux...

'It fitted it our needs as our staff needed a place to stay for our 4 day event. We didn't do any cooking even though it was a pretty nice kitchen. We could your typical street sounds but it was easy to tune it out. I would definitely stay here again if we have another large scale event to attend!'

'Terrible…absolutely terrifying arrival for me… The renter failed to communicate the room number, access code to the room, and/or a useable Wi-Fi connection… I was alone, unable to access my room, and received NO answers when I texted, repeatedly. Again, I texted repeatedly for help. I am 69 years old. Although I texted the “owner” repeatedly for help, I received, NO ANSWER. I was alone, in a strange city, it got dark, and I didn’t have the necessary information needed to access my room. So, I...
