'We stayed at La Sammana (room 210) and had a very concerning experience. During our second night, the bathroom ceiling collapsed, and a bucket that had been placed inside the ceiling came down with it. Several hours later, another section of the ceiling fell. After this, we discovered visible black mold in the area. What was most alarming is that staff appeared to already be aware of a leak and mold issue, yet the room was still being rented to guests. 'Great outdoor pool'

'In the twenty years staying here at this hotel. I had so many issues, our key cards stop working over five times. Even after being told don’t put next our phones. Putting cards in different locations. Still not working. But the worst thing coming from a day of shopping, whoever clean our room, musty body order in our room, that I had complain to the front day. Manager gave us free breakfast.which no vegan options. This hopefully things will improve next time'

'Being located in room 235 was a long walk, down multiple halls, with access to an elevator located in only one area of the resort. So, with my being physically fit I didn’t mind the walk. But, the walk would be difficult for anyone who’s disabled.'

'If you have kids below 18 not ideal as the gym and pool have age limitation. Nothing to do on walking distance.. The hotel itself and rooms are great ... also the dinner options are great. '

'Lo único malo que el internet está súper malo, y para los niños y las tablet no funciona. No hay microondas hay que pagarlo por 25$, el parqueo tienes que pagar 25$ diario. El servicio de habitaciones excelente Y lo que más me gustó es que hay demasiada seguridad. Y eso es muy importante. La entrada al parque no está incluida pero el parque súper limpio, y mucha seguridad a tal punto que puedes relajarte sin estar atento a los niños prácticamente te lo cuidan. Me encantó y volvería a ir.'

'This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. Don't expect too much about the breakfast and the location of the hotel but it is clean and the staff is ok. The private beach is a nice extra.'

'Positive: - the lady let me pay the parking fee with my card instead of cash - big room - next to the casino Negatives: - the whole place needs a big renovation - it's not clean, dust in every corner of the room - peeled of wallpaper everywhere - bathtub looks just as old as i do - loud noises the whole f*cking night - dirty remote control - the sheets still let's a lot of light in the room - the parking lot is a disaster, the cars are way too close to eachother.
