Immerse yourself in the vibrant spirit of Barbados at our charming bungalow, close to the iconic Kensington Oval, where you can enjoy cricket, wonderful cricket! Conveniently located just 25 minutes from the airport, our breezy villa offers effortless access to stunning beaches, the city, and all the island's attractions. Our aim is to make you feel right at home, surrounded by the warmth and hospitality of Bajan culture. Come and complete the picture - our two-story bungalow is the perfect setting for your unforgettable Caribbean getaway.

The Neighborhood:
Brighton Beach or Brandon Beach & Rascals Bar are a 5 min drive or 15 min leisurely walk away. Kensington Oval is also minutes away, where you can catch a game of glorious cricket.
Carlton Supermarket can be found 5 mins drive from the Bungalow at the entrance to the neighborhood on Black Rock main road. SJ Bakery is a short walk away.
You can also see the famed Crop Over revelers along Mighty Grynner Highway.

The Space:
Breezy Villa is fully air conditioned, but also has 21 windows for those who want to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful sunshine that the island offers. This spacious, airy bungalow has fast WiFi, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with new modern appliances. Breezy Villa accommodates 5 guests comfortably and offers ample bedroom and living space. The bungalow also has parking for 3 vehicles.

Transportation:
No car, no problem! A 5 min walk down Yearwood’s Road will take you to public transportation in front of Carlton Supermarket. From here, you can take a short trip to Bridgetown and major shopping, or longer trips along the coast to explore other breathtaking regions of the island.

Other Things to Note:
For your vacation dining in pleasure, you can enjoy self-prepared meals in our fully equipped kitchen. The bungalow has a washing machine for those who wish to do their own washing. Line drying is in the backyard. Weekly maid service is available during your stay upon request. Two TVs and an expandable computer desk are available for your convenience. We understand the challenges of traveling with liquids so we provide shampoo and body soap.
With easy access to many favorite Barbadian destinations, you can choose to do a lot or bask in the glorious sunshine and relaxed setting of Barbados.

Our rates are based on double occupancy per room. Additional guests and/or rooms will incur supplementary charges, as noted in our listing.

Cameras:
We have 4 security cameras on the outside of the home that will be on during your stay. You will have access to those cameras via the living room television on HDMI-1. They are located by the backyard, back door and the left & right sides of the home. There is also a Eufy doorbell which is not attached to the cameras and you will not be able to access.

Lovely rental. Attentive and responsive hostess

Was perfect for a holiday stay in Barbados. Didn’t want a touristy experience so we stayed close to family and this location provided the perfect respite at a great value. Host and on-site manager super attentive and responsive. Would stay again.

Wonderful Stay and clean house

My husband and I spent 17 days at the BreezyVilla. It was our first trip to Barbados and we'll definitely be back. Hyacynthia was so accommodating and responsive to questions. Even when WestJet cancelled our flight home she was able to accomadate us for a few more days to make the next flight. The house was safe, clean and comfortable. Sherrill, Hyacynthia's niece took care of any needs we had and her father, Lionel lives right behind the house. Lionel was so kind and came by to chat. We never felt unsafe even though the area was not the typical tourist location. We were living right with the Bajan people. It's a 15 min walk down to Brandon's beach where we spent many afternoons reading our books and playing in the Sea. We toured the whole island many times over and met so many fantastic souls. The Bajan people are so relaxed, down to earth and kind. I would highly recommend as stay at the Breezy Villa if you want to immerse yourself in the Bajan coulure away from the typical tourist locations. Don't forget to ask Lionel about his hot sauces. They're very flavourful and will curl your toenails if you like hot stuff. Thank you Hyacyntbia, Sherrill and of course Lionel for his wonderful hot sauces and friendly conversation. The Heart of Barbados

From the moment we arrived we knew we were in the heart of Barbados. Chickens and roosters greeted us, as did our friendly neighbors and some locals headed to work. When we entered the villa, we were warmed with sunlight passing through the many windows. (Each window has curtains if you’re looking for privacy.) The island breeze blows consistently keeping fresh air flowing. There are perfectly working air conditioners and fans if needed for the warmest part of the day. The villa has such a cozy feel and immediately lowered our stress levels. It is clean and bug-free, and the bed in the room we chose allowed us uninterrupted sleep. It was one of the highlights! The grocery store (full of brand name items and delicious local baked goods) is an eight-minute walk away and the beach is about 20. The beach was not crowded and there is a local bar if you’d like drinks and a meal. The property manager was available for any questions we had and she is extremely kind and welcoming. While we were there, the owner checked in with us via email to see if we needed anything. She even recommended a cab driver, who was punctual and reliable. If you want to escape the busy city and live like a local, this villa is your place to stay in Barbados.

Paradise in Barbados

I travel a lot (India, Brazil, Europe, US and more). As an avid traveler the accommodations at Breezy Villa were excellent. Close to everything including the beach, downtown and a grocery store where I could buy both local and common North American eats. The space had everything I needed and more spacious bedrooms (tons of closet space), air conditioning, gas stove and microwave and a good coffee machine to make my morning coffee. I really felt like a local. This was no tourist trap, everyone in the neighbor hood was friendly saying hi. I felt completely safe and super relaxed. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants am truly amazing experience in Barbados! Rhia N.
