Breakfast is not worth the effort.
Unfortunately, the toilet did not flush. I had overheard another guest complaining and she got a new room offered. I found out too late to change rooms late at night. Apparently, plumbing was under repair, and they had better not given out the rooms that were not ready. I got a 10 dollar discount offered when I informed the reception in the morning.'

'If you want to waste your money and then never see it again, this is your place. We booked through Expedia, checked in and when we got to our room there was black mold all over the ceiling, no running hot water and the fire alarm was disconnected hanging from the ceiling. We quick got our kids out of there for health and safety concerns and told the front desk. They said that when Expedia called them they would verify and issue a refund. 'Dead bug in the bedding, bathroom door frame had been kicked in and destroyed, floor reeked of bleach and was somehow sticky, mattress had a large and concerning indentation, bathtub was covered in stains, plumbing was loud enough to hear through the walls. Front desk staff was nice though.'

'People using weed in the building. Room (studio) itself was large with enough amenities ( large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemachine and toaster). Floor was sticky at some places and the warning to lock and use the deadlock wasn’t very assuring about safety. Good for a night.'

'Check in was amazing, Thank You Storm….efficient, friendly, informative about the hotels full occupancy and to be sure to contact the front desk for any issues due to there being a lot of kids due to ball games. Appreciated the heads up but for us there were no issues. So nice to know in advance. Storm is a high asset for this hotel. Breakfast was good kept stocked and fresh, standard Holiday Inn breakfast.
