'The hotel is good, but impractical. Because it is shared with the casine you always need to use a shuttle to get to the parking. You also always need to go through security check to enter the hotel. 2 elevators are not enough to cater for all the visitors of the hotel AND the casino at the same time. But at least it was the only hotel during our trip that was completely well maintained. For people who ONLY want to visit the City of Dreams this is hotel is probably perfect.'

'Had a good rest, if you are looking for a party destination, this hotel is close to the bar street of Makati. It’s a little far to Intramuros which is a must see in Manila for sure, but if you avoid rush hour it should be ok. Hotel is clean, bed was really good, I suffered from a jetlag and recovered quite quickly because of the comfortable bed I had.. the breakfast is exceptional. The staff is really friendly and are always smiling! :) '

'A day before the check in I asked the receptionist if I can have late check out, & even ask if there is place to have shower before going to the airport. The staff was so helpful that I could shower in the roof top area near swimming pool. I approached the staff & told them that I just take a shower then he said use this toilet ma’am so I did after a few minutes the staff came & said you cannot take shower here bcoz we have private event but I told him why u said now so he left, no good water...

'I expected less for the price. It was very nice. The buffet breakfast was a great variety of item’s. All kinds of coffee. Only negative is pool closed at 5 pm. That is so inconvenient. During the day we have activities and come back to the hotel and pool is closed. This makes no sense at all. You are not thinking of your customers.'
