Welcome to Chestnut Ridge in Connestee Falls!  This cozy A-Frame with rustic interior can be your jumping off place for adventure in the Brevard, NC area. While not fancy, it has everything you need, and its screened-in porch will make you feel like you are in your own private tree fort. It is convenient to DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, Cedar Mountain, and Brevard, and is close to the Connestee Falls amenities.

This rental in Connestee Falls gives guests access to hiking trails, swimming pool in season, clubhouse and grill and 18 hole golf course.  The four lakes with swimming areas and playground make this a great place for everyone.  The community is located about 10 minutes south of Brevard on HWY 276, just north of DuPont State Park.  There is a Dollar General, produce stand, and local artists and eateries, including a beer garden, just minutes away.

The main level of Chestnut Ridge has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, plus an additional full bathroom in the hall.  The lower level of Chestnut Ridge has a bedroom with 2 twin beds, an ensuite bathroom, and a separate den area with games and a television.  The open loft above the main level of the home has a queen-sized bed, a twin-sized bed, and a sleeper sofa.  The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of good cutlery, pots and pans and spices for all your cooking needs.  There is a new propane grill. This is a comfortable home, but not fancy or luxurious, it feels like a great place to spend a week or two.  You will fall in love with the screened porch that looks out into the forest.

Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and the directions.  The digital guide book has information on the property and also on the area including restaurants, grocery stores and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property at check-in time.
