Just a few minutes from the beaches of Brétignolles-sur-Mer, this charming chalet located in the heart of the Domaine des Corniches welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Able to accommodate up to 6 people, it offers a peaceful and friendly setting, ideal for enjoying the pleasures of the Vendée coast whilst benefiting from access to a heated communal swimming pool within the estate.



Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden with synthetic lawn, as well as a pleasant terrace furnished with garden furniture and a plancha, perfect for sharing your meals outdoors and enjoying the soft summer evenings. A real asset of the residence, a covered and heated swimming pool at 28°C (open from 1st April to 30th November), unsupervised, is also accessible for moments of relaxation throughout your stay.



Inside, you will discover a warm and bright living space. The lounge, furnished with a comfortable sofa and television, invites you to relax after a day spent at the beach or exploring the surroundings. The dining area, open to the kitchen, allows you to share convivial meals with family. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster as well as everything you need to cook as at home.



On the sleeping side, the chalet has 3 comfortable bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190), a private bathroom with shower and WC

- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)

- Bedroom 3: two single beds (80x190)



A second bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer completes the accommodation.



Two private parking spaces are available in front of the chalet.



For your comfort, the accommodation is also equipped with air conditioning in the lounge and in the master bedroom, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
