You will find a refrigerator, a dishwasher, as well as an induction hob, an oven and a microwave to prepare your meals with family. For convivial and tasty moments, a plancha, a fondue set and a raclette machine are also at your disposal.



For your breakfasts, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a toaster will help you start the day well. You can have your meals around the large dining room table or on the terrace overlooking the garden and its swimming pool. The TV lounge, bright and spacious, is perfect for relaxing. You will also find board games there for moments of sharing and fun.



On the sleeping side, 3 bedrooms are available to you. The first, on the ground floor, offers a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a Queen Size bed, as well as another with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm).



Outside, you will be able to enjoy the enclosed garden of 500 m² and the terrace of 30 m², furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. The private heated swimming pool (3 x 10 metres) will offer you a welcome moment of relaxation.



Two parking spaces are also available on the property. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and a heat pump heating system. A washing machine is also provided for your use.
