The hardwood floors are original to the house and the large bedrooms will nicely accommodate your group. The open downstairs space and backyard are perfect for larger groups. Many people love hanging out in the main area where your group can all enjoy cooking in the kitchen, playing pool, or lounging in the living room area. The interior has a fun decor that your group will love! The Washington House in Brenham was superb—spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The rooms had everything we needed, offering both privacy and great spaces to gather, and the pool table was a big hit. The s’mores welcome gift was such a thoughtful touch. A special thank you to Christa and Corrin for being wonderful hostesses and accommodating our early arrival. Highly recommend for a family stay!. We stayed for my son’s wedding, and it was perfectly located too

Wonderful Rental Home

Several friends gather together for a fun weekend in Brenham. They loved the Washington house on E Alamo. Beautiful place and owners are awesome to rent from.

Great Property

We have a yearly golf outing and this year we choose Brenham for our two day event. We loved this house as was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location was close to all our needs as well. Recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in the downtown area.

Amazing !!!

We were in town for a softball tournament and this house was the highlight of our trip. The girls absolutely loved it and it had everything we needed. The host was amazing and so thoughtful in every detail in the home. Perfect home and location, best place we have stayed at.

Such a neatly decorated fun older home with so much character. We loved it! Tons of space and lots of bedrooms and great mattresses on all beds. This house is stocked with everything you need and more! We loved our short trip here and would definitely stay here again.

The PERFECT place for a large group with plenty of room inside, outside and parking. Walking distance to downtown. Could not have been happier and our host was very accommodating! Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time staying at this house. There were six ladies who traveled to Round Top for the antique show. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and the back porch was a fun space to watch college football games. The manager was easy to reach out to, and she was quick to respond. We would stay here again in the future.

Attending a wedding in Chappel Hill.

Eight of us came for a cousin’s wedding in Chappel Hill. Great house for a family! Excellent location, very well appointed and very comfortable. This house had everything we needed for kids and adults. Loved the pool table! Wish we’d had time to stay longer and take advantage of the backyard and patio.

Great VRBO! Great location, firepit, amenities.... TV's in every room, but internet/streaming was so bad we couldn't watch tv! Luckily we didn't really miss TV.

We had family get together for a wedding near Brenham. The house was perfect for us . It was clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the back yard too and liked that restaurants were in walking distance. Also appreciated the prompt responses to my questions. Would recommend this property!!

The house was perfect for our Girl Trip. Loved that it is walking distance to restaurants and bars. House was full stocked- even had a Bluetooth radio we could use. Will definitely be back! ❤️
