Great for groups! Do you want to stay just steps away from live music, restaurants, fun shops, and everything else that downtown Brenham has to offer? 12 Armadillos on Main St and Alamo Street is the perfect location for you to explore downtown Brenham and the surrounding areas. After shopping at Round Top your group can return here and walk a few blocks to Downtown Brenham for shopping, eating, and live music.

Please Read: This listing is for two houses on one property. One of the houses faces Main Street and the other house faces Alamo Street. You can see how close the house are in a few of the pictures. These mid century modern style homes have recently been remodeled. There are several additional touches that make these houses an entertainers dream (pool table, four outdoor porch areas, outdoor hanging lights, firepit, gas grill, children's tree house, tree swing, and a ton of games.) The small house is closer to the Railroad tracks.

About the 12 Armadillos Main Street House: Master (king bed) with full bathroom inside. Bedroom 2: King bedroom (full bathroom in hallway). Bedroom 3: Queen bedroom (full bathroom next to room). Bedroom 4: Queen bedroom

12 Armadillos Alamo St House: Master bedroom (king bed and twin trundle bed- full bathroom inside room). 2nd bedroom: 2 queen beds. Full bathroom in hall area. Please note that because we are right next to downtown, there is a train that runs at different times near us. We do not have a carbon monoxide detector because we are all electric and there is no gas. We do not allow parties at all and you must be at least 25 years of age to rent. Quiet time for outside starts at 10 PM (no loud noise after 10 PM)

12 Armadillos was perfect for our family birthday/reunion! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and super well-located for walking into town and exploring shops, restaurants, and bars. Excellent stay to shop Round Top Antique Week!

We absolutely loved our stay! We had 8 adults and 5 kids and these two spaces gave us plenty of room to lounge, visit, and eat together! Houses were so nice! (Loved the rooms named after blue bell flavors!) The location was perfect and very close to restaurants. We coordinated to have Tara Steele (All Things Acres) as recommended by the hosts and my son loved his baking class with her! He got to make 2 pies with an expert and to him (5 year old) she was a REAL chef and her dinner was delicious! We greatly appreciated her time with us! We stayed here for our first time to go experience the Round Top Antique Week and we are already looking forward to next year! Great place and since the beginning, our host was very quick and very helpful to our guests! Overall, we will be back and recommend the 12 Armadillos! Thanks so much Christa! God bless!

Amazing Time

We rented this property for the weekend for us and our extended family for a wedding near by. The owners went out of their way to accomodate us for an early check in and a late check out, which was very much appreciated with the stress we were under. Ladies Round Top Trip

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! It was perfectly laid out for our group with plenty of parking for everyone. We were able to walk to the restaurants there in Brenham and had just a short 25 minute drive into round top! Would definitely stay again!

This place is great!

If you have a large group coming to Brenham this is the only place to stay! We were in town for a family wedding and had 3 families sharing this place. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and beautifully furnished. The location is icing on the cake as it is just a short walk to downtown restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

Best in Brenham

We love this place it has 2 houses on it a small and bigger one. We came to Brenham for a softball tournament and had 3 families with us. We were able to put all parents in big house and let the young adults stay in smaller house. We were all able to meet on back patio between houses and hang out. Also we checked out and went to our tournament schedule Sunday morning and made winners bracket then we had a 3 hour break and ask host if we could come back and hang in the AC for a while and they had no problem with it best host ever
