This beautiful, newly renovated, three bedroom townhome located within one block to both the chairlift and Main Street, offers the best of both worlds. Featuring cozy mountain furnishings, a spacious floorplan and vaulted ceilings, this townhome is a popular selection for groups and larger families. Whether here for work or play, stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout this Breckenridge condo. The bathrooms have been recently upgraded to feature heated floors, adding a touch of luxury and comfort, especially during cooler months. The spacious, large walk-in shower provides a spa-like experience, making this bathroom a true retreat. For added comfort, heated mattress pads are provided on all beds, ensuring a warm and cozy night’s sleep.

Amenities include washer/dryer, garage parking, private hot tub and gas fireplace. Guests will also be able to enjoy the Upper Village heated outdoor pool located behind the One Breckenridge Place complex.

Good Find & Location!

This condo was super spacious and very clean. Walkable to downtown and the free trolley for getting to the gondola and up and down Main St if you’re tired of walking. Host was very communicative and made check in and check out very easy. We’d recommend staying here.

Facilities and location was great. We had an issue with the hot tub not heating and Hunter at Great Western lodging was very helpful to get it fixed and communicated routinely. I would highly recommend this property, and although we went in summer it would be ideal for skiing.

There was no body wash??!Never have rented anywhere I had tobuy body wash… paid plentyto only have bar soap - - had togo back to the grocery store after trying to relax.small tubes of shampoo & conditioner, but no body wash. Semi-Broken Coffee maker was apain to operate, tv was a challenge… weak batteries in cable remote, Roku made it hard to load 3rd party apps. Master bedroom was like a sauna every night despite adjusting thermostat.Overall stay an 82 out of 100

Wow..This VRBO is very well set-up!

First of all it's got ALOT of space! It's very well appointed and has all the amenities. The bathroom floors are heated...you don't realize how wonderful that is until you are standing on it. We slept on the master bed on the second (main) floor. The bed was VERY comfortable, and I have back issues and fibromyalgia. The hot tub was so warm and it was so nice after a long day. It snowed on us the first night while being in it. Pretty romantic. The bottom floor has two more good sized bedrooms with 2 more bathrooms with heated floors. The bedroom with a queen mattress has sliding doors out to a small patio with lots of pine trees. Nice scenery. There is also a washer and dryer downstairs. You really can't go wrong with this VRBO. They've thought of everything. It's very nice. Thank you so much to the owners for the care you put in to it. We'll be back for more stays!

This was a great house! We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to walk to downtown Breckenridge. Enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment - nothing in the kitchen for house guests other than salt and pepper. No paper goods, foil, Ziplock bags, etc. Most house rentals have these things, along with basics in the kitchen.

Very good location

Unit perfect for location. But grill on porch a total disaster, hasn't been cleaned possibly ever, and handle to open it was broken, and had to be very careful not to get burnt too much using it. Had wanted to BBQ a few times, but that was out the window.

The location was great with quick and easy access to the Quicksilver lift, the bus system, and to town. The unit was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit to others!

Great location

We always love staying in this complex. Location is great to the downtown and slopes. This was a different condo than we stayed in in the past. We were not thrilled with having to pick up and drop off keys. We always had a code to the front door. The condo was great just wish they had more items “left behind” to share with others(hot chocolate, spices…) The condo needs more hooks for ski jackets and pants. Many love coed owners closets, which meant less storage for guests.
