    Dit moderne premium huis met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers is een perfect uitje met Breckenridge voor groepen of families van maximaal acht personen. Geen kosten werden gespaard bij de verbouwing van dit historische Breckenridge-huis; dit is historisch huis bleek modern meesterwerk. U bevindt zich in de historische wijk van Breckenridge en op slechts twee stratenblokken van het centrum en op slechts 5 minuten met de shuttle van de gondel van het skigebied Breckenridge. U zult genieten van de privé-hot tub, schone en moderne updates overal en gemakkelijke toegang tot het centrum. Je kunt echt geen beter huis vinden op een betere locatie!

    Het hele huis heeft een open concept met de woonkamer met comfortabele banken, een gashaard en een grote lcd-tv die een perfecte plek is om van uw vakantie te genieten. De keuken is volledig gerenoveerd met hoogwaardige roestvrijstalen apparaten en prachtige aanrechtbladen van kwarts. Het is een perfect middelpunt voor deze open concept-woning. De eetkamer bindt alles samen met zitplaatsen voor maximaal zes personen en ruimte voor vier meer aan de balie.

    Buiten vindt u een privé-bubbelbad met spectaculair uitzicht op de Ten-Mile-bergketen en het skigebied Breckenridge. Er is ook een gasvuurplaats en gasgrill die perfect zijn om te genieten van de koele Breckenridge-avonden terwijl je een feest klaarmaakt waar je familie dol op zal zijn. Andere voorzieningen zijn een wasmachine en droger en gratis Wi-Fi in het hele huis.

Great stay with nice amenities and close to everything walking everywhere we wanted to go. We had 5 adults and home size was perfect. We all were happy with the stay and had a great time.

This is a great location and very cute house with everything we needed! It is right downtown, a quick walk to restaurants and shops. And very easy to get to ski lifts with the free bus, and not too bad of a walk if you’re up for it. It was perfect for our annual group ski trip!

It's a pretty nice little place but some of its deficiencies wore on us such that we didn't feel like living with them longer--cramped bathrooms/showers, extremely low ceiling fans, small windows with insufficient light/ventilation (especially in the bedrooms), raggedy carpet, unkempt landscaping, and a few more. For a short-term rental it would have been fine. The kitchen was very nice--the highlight of the home--and the rental agency was very responsive.

Perfect place for a Girls Weekenf

Our daughter and her bridesmaids had a girls weekend in Breckenridge. The home was beautiful and perfectly situated for all the activities and restaurants they planned. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Family trip to Breck

The house was very nice and very clean.. There were 6 adults and it was nice that everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was large and very nice so it made cooking at home easier. The location of the house was great just a few blocks from main street and gondola.

Excellent location

We had a great stay here with our family of 5. There was enough space for everyone to have their own bed. The kitchen was very large and had everything you needed. The hot tub was hit from the moment we got there, so that was a huge plus instead of having to heat it up. The location was outstanding. Easily able to walk to anywhere on Main Street in 5 minutes or less. Not to mention there was plenty of restaurants not on Main Street that we could walk to in minutes. I would absolutely stay here again during ski season or the summer. The property was very clean too!

A very clean, comfortable, and beautiful stay.

The host was very helpful in getting us into the property and assuring that all was well once we did. It is prime real estate in Breckenridge, only a block away from the center of the city and minutes away from the ski resort. The only criticism I have was the lack of communication leading up to the stay. It took me reaching out before I heard from anyone on the day of my stay, but they answered promptly.

Great house we keep coming back

The location cannot be beat. It’s got a great little side yard with an awesome, hot tub, fire and barbecue we spend a ton of time outside even in the winter. Outstanding kitchen to cook in great bedroom and bathroom situation. The only downside is it doesn’t have a great sitting room layout and the furniture is outdated. They definitely need some updating with the bedding and furniture. The structure of the house is also not great so all the windows are kind of falling apart however again we’ve stayed many times because the house itself and the location is awesome.

We stayed in this same property a year ago and there were broken light fixtures in the bathroom dirty rugs and water stains on the sealing. We expected after a year all those things would have been fixed but they were not. There was rusted toys in the backyard, large water stains on the ceiling and overall it was not very clean. There were visible cobwebs on the bottom of the couch and shower curtains had lots of mildew on them. The location is amazing but for the price I would expect it to be kept up we were so excited to stay here again so it was a disappointment that all the issues we notified them about were still not fixed.

There is plenty of room for all your ski gear, and the location could not be beat! There were not enough pots and pans or glasses in the home, but the vacation rental company was very responsive and sent some the next day. We did have significant allergies while we were there. I'm guessing it is just because of the age of the home and the carpet in the bedrooms/living room. The lightbulbs in the house were also mismatched, which is a shame because they have some lovely fixtures. The hot tub was clean, and there is a partial mountain view while sitting in it- that was very nice. The shower curtain in the jack-n-jill bathroom was filthy with pink mold and the sink would not drain. I'm sure the management company would have handled it promptly if we had complained, but we did not. I guess the cleaning staff is not reporting very well. All in all, it was a lovely home, and we would probably stay there again if we were in the area.

Everyone had their own space and could easily walk into town. The hot tub was a big hit after skiing. You can either take the shuttle or walk to the gondola to get to the mountain.
