WINTER SKI ACCESS
Ski-in, ski-out at the base of Peak 8. Peak 8 lifts open outside your door — 2,908 skiable acres across Peaks 7, 8, 9, and 10, Imperial Express to 12,840 feet, and the BreckConnect Gondola to town. Epic Pass friendly. Free BreckFree town shuttle for après on Main Street, Ullr Fest in January, the International Snow Sculpture Championships late January, and the Christmas Market at Blue River Plaza on December weekends. Non-alpine days: Country Boy Mine winter tours, Stephen C. West Ice Arena, dog-sled and snowmobile tours, Nordic at Breck Nordic Center. Keystone and A-Basin are a short drive.

THE LOCATION
One Ski Hill Place is the northernmost address on the Breckenridge ski mountain — the BreckConnect Gondola runs from the base of Peak 8 to Main Street in minutes. Historic Main Street restaurants, breweries, and Riverwalk Center performances are a short ride away. Keystone is roughly 25 minutes and Arapahoe Basin runs the longest season in Colorado.

GILSON CONCIERGE
Concierge menu through the Gilson guest portal: pre-arrival grocery stocking, private chefs and in-suite dining, lift tickets and rentals delivered to the resort, ski valet coordination, spa treatments, backcountry snowmobile and dog-sled tours, sleigh rides, and airport shuttles from Denver or Eagle. GUEST ACCESS
Entry is via keypad with your access code provided through the Gilson guest portal before arrival. Two underground heated parking spaces are reserved for the residence — you drive up, park, and walk straight in. The portal carries wifi credentials, resort amenity hours, ski valet instructions, and a direct line to our on-call team. Identity verification is completed in the portal ahead of check-in.

MANAGEMENT
Gilson Property Group manages One Ski Hill Place on-site — a professional hospitality team, not an individual host. Message us through the listing messenger, or use the Gilson guest portal for concierge requests. We respond fast.

BEFORE YOU BOOK — WINTER NOTES
Primary renter must be 25 or older. Deposit $500 collected prior to arrival and released after checkout; guests may alternatively select a non-refundable Damage Waiver. The residence sits at approximately 10,000 feet at the base of Peak 8. Plan for altitude adjustment — drink water, ease into the first day. 4WD or AWD strongly recommended December through April. Two underground heated parking spaces reserved for the residence. No pets. Identity verification through the Gilson guest portal is required before your keypad code is issued.
