Tyra Riverbend Studio Ski-In/Out — Snowflake Lift & Sauna

The Snowflake Lift is steps from the front door. Tyra Riverbend Suite 104 is a ground-floor studio at Tyra Riverbend Lodge in Breckenridge, Colorado with true ski-in/ski-out access, the Blue River running alongside the building, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a steam room, and a fitness center all on the same floor as the suite. Heated underground parking is included. Sleeps up to four guests. This is the value-priced way to be on the mountain in the morning at Tyra.

THE SPACE
A ground-floor studio with a queen bed, a gas fireplace, and wooded forest views from the window. Fully equipped kitchenette with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops — real cookware for real breakfast. Updated bathroom. The unit is designed for two to four guests; verify sleeper configuration with the concierge if the party is 3 or 4. In-building laundry is available on-site.

WINTER SKI ACCESS
Ski out to Four O'Clock and walk to the Snowflake Lift for the return trip. Breckenridge Ski Resort spans 2,908 skiable acres across Peaks 6 to 10, and the Imperial Express chairlift on Peak 8 tops out at 12,840 feet — the highest chairlift in North America. Epic Pass and day tickets both work here. The BreckConnect Gondola and free BreckFree town shuttle handle everything you cannot ski. Arapahoe Basin is roughly 15 to 20 minutes for a longer season. On non-alpine days, Nordic Center trails, Country Boy Mine, Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and dog sledding are all within a short drive.

THE LOCATION
Main Street Breckenridge is a short walk or free shuttle ride — restaurants that book out, breweries with fireplaces, coffee shops, ski shops, and the Riverwalk Center. Winter events include Ullr Fest in early January, the International Snow Sculpture Championships in late January, and the Christmas Market at Blue River Plaza on December weekends. Peak 8 base and the BreckConnect Gondola are a short drive or shuttle ride. Denver International Airport is roughly 1.5 to 2 hours by car.

GUEST ACCESS
Self check-in via keypad. Your code arrives through the Gilson guest portal before arrival with parking pass details, Wi-Fi, and door-by-door directions. A brief identity verification through the portal is required before check-in — the same standard security step used across our Breckenridge inventory. One heated underground parking space is included; the space is assigned before arrival. Guests have full private access to the suite plus the Tyra Riverbend Lodge shared amenities — indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, and fitness center on the same floor.

BEFORE YOU BOOK — WINTER NOTES
Primary renter must be 25 or older. A $250 refundable security deposit is collected prior to arrival through our verification partner and released after checkout; guests may alternatively select a non-refundable damage waiver during pre-arrival verification. No pets at this location. Breckenridge sits at approximately 9,600 feet — plan for a slower first day. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended December through April. One heated underground parking space included. Ski-in/ski-out is real; a short walk in boots does the return.
