Guests have private access to the entire home, including the hot tub, deck, and driveway. There are 4 parking spaces on the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Our property is perfectly situated to enjoy Breckenridge's unbeatable summer climate and outdoor activities. Explore the extensive mountain biking and hiking trail networks right outside your door, including the scenic Peaks Trail that connects all the way to Frisco. Families will love taking a short hike to visit "Isak Heartstone," the famous 15-foot wooden trail troll.



For water recreation, head over to nearby Dillon Reservoir for boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and lakeside dining at the Frisco or Dillon Marinas. Afterward, drive or bike up to Sapphire Point for breathtaking overlooks of the Tenmile Range, or check out the local farmers markets and outdoor concerts in town.



Getting Around:

On-site parking is provided for up to 5 vehicles, including 1 covered space in the attached garage and 4 uncovered spaces in the driveway. A car is recommended to easily reach neighboring marinas, trailheads, and state parks. For an effortless trip into town, you can also take a brief walk to the nearby public transit line to access the FREE Breck Free Ride bus routes.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
