Our beautiful home in the mountains which backs up to National Forest with hiking trails right out the front door. Total drop dead views of the whole ski area from virtually every room, and views of the town of Breckenridge. 1 king, 1 queen and 3 double beds. Multiple decks and a 54 stone step walk, up to a beautiful stone patio with firepit overlooking the house (summer). Star gaze at night from the hot tub on the front deck while watching groomers groom the ski slopes.

IT IS .6 MILE DOWNHILL TO THE NEAREST BUS STOP. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WALKING IN THE WINTER. WE ARE NOT SKI IN SKI OUT. WE HAVE UBER & LYFT in town.

Our living room with ceiling fan has comfortable seating for everyone.The 60" flat screen TV hangs over the gas fireplace. A DVD and VCR player is available.
The dining room table seats 6 plus an adjacent island that seats 2. Deck with hot tub and half bath off the living room. Dining chairs are upholstered Old Hickory and are very comfortable and can be used as casual chairs.

Our gourmet kitchen includes every kitchen appliance you'll need with an extensive spice collection. Gas grill just outside on the COVERED kitchen deck.

The Master Bedroom suite has a king size bed, two dressers, a flat screen TV, walk in closet, ceiling fan and bathroom with a Kohler trough sink/2 faucets and a large walk in tiled shower. Gaze at the mountain while taking a shower. Wall mounted hair dryer.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, flat screen TV, one dresser, a large closet and bathroom. Kohler vessel sink and a tub/shower combination. Wall mounted hair dryer.
Bedroom #3 has two double beds, dresser, closet . Smart flat screen TV.
Office/bedroom #4 has a double sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. 1/2 bath

A 4WHEEL OR ALL WHEEL DRIVE is necessary for WINTER driving in the mountains and especially for our road & driveway. COLORADO STATE LAW REQUIRES either chains, snow tires, 4WD or AWD for driving on 1-70 in the winter. OUR private road is paved.
NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RENTAL FEE INCLUDES: trash removal ($72), hot tub maintenance ($50), snow plowing, cleaning fee ($250), Summit County & Breckenridge short term rental fee and credit card fee.
Our private road was paved last summer so there are no more ruts.
NOT INCLUDED: VRBO guest (host) service fee, state, county & local taxes, (6.3800%) AND required damage fee ($59). VRBO WILL LIST DETAILS

The home had everything you need for a family stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pantry items so we didn't have to buy spices and coffee for example, for our stay.The deck with hot tub provided views of Breckenridge and a panorama of the entire ski resort. Great place to stay!!

Everything was fantastic. The house was spacious and had amazing views. It was well stocked with all amenities needed. The driveway is steep, and I would not recommend taking a vehicle in winter that is not all wheel drive. We had a lot of snow throughout our stay and had to shovel the driveway multiple times in order to get our vehicle up and down.

Great Stay at a Great House

This house made for a great family getaway for a spring break ski trip. The house was very comfortable and spacious with plenty of amenities, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and a nice hot tub with a great view! It was convenient to have a garage to make loading and unloading very easy. Close to town, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Would definitely return here for another family trip.

Wonderful house. Well stocked with everything you need and Patty is a terrific host. One of my best Vrbo experiences. Renter note: during winter you will want an 4wd vehicle as the roads are snowy and steep.

Colorado ski vacation

Without a doubt this house has to be one of the best I’ve stayed at. The host had everything that we needed. The directions to the house and how to get in was communicated excellently. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that was going to Breckenridge.

The location of this home is the best. From every front window you are staring directly at the ski slopes. A truly amazing view. The home is very nice and well kept. The owners are easy to reach and very accommodating. We will definitely return.

Fabulous house in a scenic location

We loved our stay in this wonderful house in the hills overlooking Breckenridge. Although it was only me and my wife, there is so much room that we could have brought the whole family. Very relaxing! Wonderful Home/Cabin with Gorgeous View of Breck

Overall, we absolutely loved the Home/Cabin - it was spacious, private, and had all the amenities you could wish for including a stocked kitchen with essentials. The view was breathtaking and the drive back to the house was only 5 minutes from the town Gondola. The garage was a huge plus too since we were able to pull right in and load/unload our gear out of the elements. Communication with the owner was very pleasant and seamless. The family room was well laid out with couches, chairs, tv, and fireplace. The Master bedroom was to die-for and I actually felt guilty taking this room for myself. We only had one issue early on and that was with the Hot Tub which was in need of a severe cleaning (the water had a green tint, it smelt musty, and had no sign of chlorine or recent upkeep). The owner took care of this immediately after I reported it (2nd night) and by the next morning, the Hot Tub guy showed up before we left for the mountain. The Hot Tub was great thereafter. I was tempted to take one star off because of this but decided not to because this place truly deserves 5-stars. PS: My two (adult) children loved the home/cabin too and boasted about what a stellar trip we had as we were pulling away.

Best VRBO stay yet

A perfect VRBO. Beautiful, spacious house with an epic view of Breckenridge. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. Patty was very kind, a great communicator, and left her house well stocked for cooking or anything else you might need. The hot tub overlooking the mountain was fantastic. The large heated garage made managing all our ski equipment so easy. I would happily stay here again with family or friends. Thank you Patty!

We had the best time staying here! The photos do not do justice to the home or the view of Breckenridge. Our host was very responsive any time we had a question or concern. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone considering the area. You will need AWD/4WD if you visit during the winter, but the home is very close to skiing, dinning shopping, etc. We are already making plans to return next year!

Very nice home, amazing view

This is a very nice house with an amazing view of the ski area. It's about a 5 minute drive to the north gondola lot. The hot tub was great after skiing. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. We were all very impressed and would definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful Mountain Retreat

When we opened the door, we felt like we were home. This was our second time spending the Thanksgiving Holiday at this wonderful mountain retreat. Our family was able to spread out, relax and enjoy the holiday together in this is a very well-appointed and well laid out home. The first floor is very airy with huge windows overlooking the ski slopes across the valley. The kitchen is very well appointed with every spice and cooking utensil that one needs to prepare a gourmet dinner. The bedrooms on the second floor are large and spread out to provide privacy. You are on a very quiet road that allows you to enjoy the hot tub at any time of the day. The host provides a wonderful experience and is excellent at communicating with you in order for you and your guests to enjoy this magnificent mountain home.

Breathtaking mountain views from almost every window, the decks, hot tub, and upper patio. Quiet, peaceful location but only a 4 minute drive to Main Street. Owner was wonderful and responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

Best Views in Breck

We’ve been coming to Breckenridge for summer vacation for years. This property has the best views and felt the most like home. Access to an abundant amount of cooking supplies and spices allowed us to make more meals at the house and not have to go buy every spice we needed. It’s close proximity to town worked well for our family to conveniently hit the biking trails to Frisco, enjoy Peak 8 Adventure Park, go into town for shopping, and enjoy and of the nearby hiking trails. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio and nights in the hot tub to soak up the views. The owner was incredibly responsive and kind to booking and any questions we had as we got settled in. We definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely perfect!

This property is so much more beautiful than the pics! I opened the blinds to see a perfect view of the Rocky Mountains from both the bedroom and the living room. The property was clean, tidy, beautifully decorated, and homey. The owner was very communicative and responsive. Our family enjoyed our vacation here so much. Highly recommend!!
