Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. Great location, No wi-fi

The location of this place is perfect! And it's mostly as advertised. But the wi-fi was intermittent at best (never lasted more than 3 hours, usually more like 10 minutes) and the property manager took over 24 hours to respond to every request. As long as you don't need to be connected while on your vacation, this place is great. But if you need wi-fi as we did, or you prefer a responsive property manager, I'd choose a different place that isn't a SkyRun property.

Needs work

This property needs some investment to meet expectations. The mattresses are terrible. Master is worn down and slanted to the edges. Bunks are cheap and thin. The kitchen faucet needs replaced. It broke during our stay and maintenance repaired it. It's usable but needs replaced. The baseboard heater in dining room has been broken over the years and the cover now falls off. The window in the master bedroom is broken and needs replaced. Heater cannot keep up with cold air leaking through window. The heated pool broke a heater during our stay so it was unusable. The place has potential to be very nice but needs some investment to properly fix the issues. They charge market rental rates but the quality does not live up to the expectations for the price.

Great family townhouse

Wonderful stay, super clean, comfortable, great floor plans for families- it was a little far from the hot tub and ski lift if you have little kiddos and choose to walk- which was the better option as shuttle took so much longer- but for adults and teens, just great!!!! Looking forward to coming back next year!!

Location location location

Great location. One bus stop away from the quicksilver chair. Great bathrooms and great beds. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the kitchen, glasses and silverware. They were extremely dirty. Our door lock stopped working mid week and was fixed by the staff. One of the bedrooms had a water leak coming from the ceiling and therefore the bed was unusable. Hope that is fixed soon. I would recommend the property and would definitely stay there again

House was fine, a little old and beds were AWFUL!

House was fine. It was defiantly old and dated. Walked in a it smelled old and stale. Didn’t smell nice and clean at all. Made me wonder when it was cleaned last. Check in process was fine. Although we knew we couldn’t check in until 4pm we were in town early and asked if there was any way we could get in early. Management told us they would let us know when ready. We sat in rental parking space for an hour (with no one there cleaning) and got a text at 4:02pm. Super frustrating and bad customer service in my opinion. If the house was ready why couldn’t we check in an hour-30 min early? We drove by the house even before we waited in parking space and not one person came or went. Most management companies have always accommodated us with a small early check in. That was frustrating. Beds were the WORSE beds we’ve ever slept on! We travel all the time and this was worse than the worse hotel we’ve ever stayed in!! Our room was the master with the attached bad. This was seriously the hardest bed ever! I had to go to Walmart and buy a mattress topper and new sheets! I couldn’t get over how awful it was. Sheets were “balled” badly and just awful. That is such an easy fix and such an important part of a rental. Totally failed in the comfort category. Bunk room beds were so uncomfortable for the kids (7 year old kept saying how bad it was) and sofa bed was again the worse sofa bed ever (and they’re never comfortable but this was bad). They need to spend a little money and i after beds for sure! So this property totally failed in comfort. Kitchen was well stocked but very small (smaller than pictures show), and good amount of seating in living room. It’s much smaller than pictures show. Like the dining table touches the back of the couch so we had to push the couch out to be able to use dining table. Location was fair. Only took 3-4min to drive to Main Street. My husband didn’t ski so it was easy to have him drive us to slopes and drop us off and Village ski school. We didn’t walk (but could have) because we had kids. Over all place was clean and fair location. I’d rather ski in/out next time. Once again I give the property a failing score on beds and comfort of sleep. If they would fix that it would make a big difference. We won’t stay here again due to the bad sleep and old smell of the property.

Easy to check-an and access with door code prior to arrival. Comfortable and stocked well with all necessities. Clean and organized. Great location with just a 15 min walk to nearest ski lift. Occasionally the toilets were weak when flushing. Master bed upstairs was not very comfortable, rather hard. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great ski weekend in Breck

Great condo located in the heart of Breck. Short 10 minute walk to Beaver Run base. The check in and out process was extremely easy. The house was clean and well stocked. The only downside was that the community pool and hot tub were extremely difficult to sign up for; they opened 24 hours in advance for online booking and it booked up within 1 minute. Otherwise, great weekend and would highly recommend!

Cozy and warm place

Cute and cozy place with plenty family space. Kitchen was stocked up really well making it the perfect space for home cooked meals. Living room has large windows allowing natural lighting in and a perfect view of the outdoor winter wonderland. Fire place was plus! Recommend different blanket material that is easier to clean. We found hair left behind on our bed but luckily there was a washer and dryer so we cleaned all sheets before using.
