Elk Meadow Lodge is a gorgeous 2-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom premium log home that’s perfect for families or small groups. It’s just a short 7-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge and the slopes and affords you unparalleled privacy and incredible views. Inside, the main living area has two seating areas with comfortable furniture, a beautiful river rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Upstairs, you’ll find the second living area with a pool table, poker table, kid’s toys, and a huge flat-screen TV. The third living area is in the private downstairs suite that’s a perfect place for a couple’s private space. Outside, you’ll find an expansive wrap around deck with lots of comfortable furniture, a gas grill, and your own private hot tub.

The kitchen is just off the main living area and features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a dining room table that seats six, and everything you need to whip up a culinary masterpiece. There’s also a two-car heated garage, boot drier, and a full laundry area. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Lower Level:
• King suite: spacious suite with king bed, private sitting area with large TV and sleeper sofa, and private bathroom with twin sinks and a tile walk-in shower.
