Beautifully remodeled mountain modern ski in/shuttle out 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8-corner unit with views of the mountains and town, perfect for families. All new carpet, Luxury vinyl plank flooring, refinished charcoal kitchen cabinets with quartz counters, and gorgeous new Bathroom!

This is the BEST location in Breckenridge. Park your vehicle in the covered garage and don't get back into it until you leave. One block walk to historic Breckenridge downtown for shopping and dining. Hop on the free shuttle/bus, only a few steps from the condo, to get to your favorite peak to ski or walk 5 minutes to the Gondola or Snowflake Lift.

Ski down Four O' Clock run at the end of the day and end up at the condo. Beautifully decorated with a mountain modern theme and custom log beds to enhance your mountain experience. In the summer months, leave your window open and let the natural stream sound lull you to sleep in the master bedroom.

Create family memories while sitting in front of the stone gas fireplace, watching your favorite shows or movies on our new smart TV's, playing a board game, or having a glass of wine watching the skiers come down Four O'Clock at the end of the day.

Sawmill Creek amenities include shared gas grills, space for 1 vehicle, and an elevator.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary supplies to cook and a dining table that seats 6.

Complimentary WiFi, W/D, 3- large Flatscreen smart TV's, DVD's, and board games in the Living Room.

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle with overflow parking available for a fee at the Airport Rd. lot (breckpark.com).

There is no Air Conditioning, due to the mild high alpine climate.

If driving, make sure to check CDOT for road conditions and traffic. Always allow yourself plenty of time to get to DIA during peak season as traffic can get heavy.

We are not liable for personal property left. We will do our best to recover it but there are no guarantees.

The location was great! Probably one of the nicest condos I’ve stayed in the area. Very spacious and clean. Everything was easy as far as check in and communication go. Diana was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay at her place again!

Had plenty of everything we needed, like extra towels for the hot tubs. Parking entailed a tight squeeze to enter but there’s parking out front for larger vehicles. We skied all the way back to our unit which was awesome. Kitchen was well appointed, the living room had plenty of seating. The whole place was cozy. Washer and dryer were clutch. Ski locker at the front door was convenient. A simple walk to the middle of town which we did quite a bit; it’s like 2 small blocks. Bathrooms were nice, beds were in good shape. It looks like the photos.

We aren’t skiiers , but decided to stay in downtown breck to catch some of the vibes . I took my 3 kids (ages 10,7,6) and we had an amazing time . Location was ideal for 1. Watching skiiers coming down the 4 o’clock run. If I were solo I’d ski right back to the apartment, but the kids loved looking out and seeing the skiers2. Walking to the gondola - it’s a 8 minute walk, it’s free and it’s so much fun for the kidsBesides the great location , we had a smooth checkin and great communication from the host. Apartment is modern , spacious and clean , and kids loved the bunk beds . Can’t wait to come back !

Great spot! At the bottom of the four o’clock run and steps from a bus stop for quick access to first morning lift. The short walk to Main Street was perfect for the non-skiers! Well-stocked for cooking, nice setup in dining/living area.

We are very pleased with our stay here. It was very comfortable and modern. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals. The fireplace was cozy. Lots of comfy throw blankets and pillows. We loved being able to take the 4 o’clock run and ski home.

Located just a block off Main Street and directly off four o’clock this is perfect for both ski season and non-snow months. Check in process was seamless. Condo was clean and had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We had a really nice stay.

Size: very spacious. We were 4 people and there was tons of room. You could easily double that number comfortably. Big couches, chairs, dining, stools at bar. Cleanliness: Very clean throughout. Location: Sub 5 minute walk to gondola. 3 minute walk to main street. Everything in town very close. No need to find parking in town because you can walk everywhere. Comfort and Finish: Very comfortable. When looking at the exterior photos of Sawmill Creek it had the look of an 80s/90s construction condo so wasn't sure how it'd be but it was great. Recently renovated so doesn't feel old. Despite being on main road and having windows/slider open all the time, never heard traffic. Amenities: Well stocked with lots of dishes, pots, utensils, etc. (not enough dishes is my vacation rental pet peeve). We had 4 people for 4 days and only ran dishwasher as we left on final morning. Fans and humidifiers in the bedrooms. Generally had what we needed all around. We were there in summer so didn't need the ski locker but there's a large lockable one right outside the unit. Host: Diana was very helpful and made check in/out easy. She was also very understanding when I was accidentally late with 2nd payment (VRBO notifications weren't coming through so I forgot).

This property was perfectly located just a very short walk from downtown. The unit was just as advertised, very clean, comfortable and cozy with all the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay, only wish it had been longer. We will definitely stay here again!
