Located within the namesake Highland Greens community, guests will enjoy luxurious accommodations along with desirable perks and breathtaking views of the mountainous terrain. In the winter, free private shuttles whisk you to Breckenridge Ski Resort in just minutes or you can take advantage of the Gold Run Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, ice skating and sleigh-ride dinners. In the summer, there's the Jack Nicklaus-designed 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club, bike paths, and hiking trails galore.

Spending your downtime back at the home is as relaxing as it gets, the lodge-like setting embracing you in warmth and comfort. The living room offers a comfortable sofa and armchair for kicking up your feet and surfing the channels, the fireplace providing a cozy ambiance for a family movie night. The open floorplan creates synergy between spaces, so you’ll remain part of the action even while in the kitchen whipping up delicious homestyle meals. Featuring all-black appliances, ample counterspace, and warm wood cabinetry, you’ll find all the comforts of home here even if dining simply consists of unpacking takeout from a newly discovered local restaurant. Grab a bite to go up at the counter on stool seating for 2 or gather the whole crew together for a sit-down meal at the table followed by a memorable night of games.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a TV and access onto the balcony. The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking is available for up to 1 vehicle in the parking lot. A parking pass is required and must be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle. The parking pass will be left in-unit and must be returned prior to your departure. Please note that un-returned parking passes will incur a $100 fee.
• This home is NOT pet friendly.

• Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Do not move or rearrange the furniture.

Getting Around:
2025 Highland Greens Shuttle Schedule (begins November 22, 2025 for winter season only)

• Typically runs from 8am - 5pm with runs starting on the hour. The shuttle will pick up at the end of the driveway.
• The shuttle service will typically end for the season in mid-April.
