Just 5-7 minutes south of Main Street in Breckenridge and the Breckenridge ski slopes, our beautiful Western modern home is perfect for large families who want plenty of room and luxury.

A PERFECT VACATION HOUSE - A dramatic two-story foyer filled with light greets you as you enter the 5800 square foot, three-level home.

SPORTS -- Close to skiing and snow boarding. Just minutes from the slopes in Breckenridge and a short drive to Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. Cross-county skiing nearby. Also close to water sports at Lake Dillon, hiking along many mountain trails with gorgeous views, and bike trails.

GOURMET KITCHEN with six-burner Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, two dishwashers, two sinks, wine cooler, microwave, bar area, walk-in pantry, two ovens, complete sets of dishes and glassware, kitchen utensils, wide range of cookware, kitchen towels, spices, toaster, two coffee makers, placemats and napkins, granite counters and a large island topped with Brazilian hardwood with seating for five at the two kitchen islands.

LIVING AND DINING ROOMS - watch the sun set over Quandary from a leather sofa and chairs. Includes a Smart TV and large gas fireplace. The dining room table seats 8 and has a view the largest Aspen stand in the area. Hardwood floors throughout the first floor.

FIRST FLOOR PRIMARY SUITE -- King bed, TV, gas fireplace, 15-foot ceiling, down comforter, door to back yard with fire pit and hot tub. Bathroom features double sinks, tumbled marble tile, jetted tub with fireplace, enormous shower with 6 shower heads and rain forest shower head and a vast walk-in closet.

DECK -- off the living room and dining area is a large deck with a gas grill, table with umbrella and chairs for outdoor eating. Great mountain views!

UPPER LEVEL -- Two bedrooms, the Quandary Mountain View with queen bed, TV, balcony, desk, and a very large picture window with view of Quandary. Separate ensuite bath with vessel sink, glass tiled shower/bath tub.

Other upper level bedroom, Forest View, has captain's bunk bed with pull out trundle sleeps four, desk, TV, balcony overlooking back yard with hot tub and fire pit. Perfect for kids. Separate ensuite bath with vessel sink and glass-tiled shower/bath tub.

OFFICE -- If you want to work, there are three desks in the house, one in the study area outside the two upstairs bedrooms. Above the desk are windows facing Quandary. The desk has the router and modem for the full house updated internet WiFi.

Two other desks -- one in the Forest View bedroom and one in the Quandary Mountain View room off the study area. You can close the doors on all three rooms for quiet. The three desks face windows and have comfortable desk chairs.

FAMILY ROOM -- On the lower level, the large family room has a TV, sofa and comfortable chairs, a bar with stools and refrigerator and a wine room. off the Family Room is the pool room with a Smart TV.

SECOND PRIMARY BEDROOM -- The lower level has a second primary bedroom with a King bed, TV, separate ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a shower/bath tub .

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES -- We have a Pack "N Play with a sheet and a Pooh Bear blanket in the closet in the downstairs master bedroom, a crib on the lower level and a high chair in the pantry. There are baby/toddler gates on all the stairs. Dishes and utensils for toddlers.

GARAGE -- heated garage.

LAUNDRY ROOM -- main floor with washer and dryer with laundry detergent and laundry tub. Ironing board and iron included.

LINENS -- All linens provided. Towels, sheets, down comforters for all bedrooms and baths. Warm blankets in the living room for sitting by the fireplace.

We will send you the access information, including how to obtain the house key, for the house 72 hours before you check-in. The message will also tell you the wifi password and other essential information.

** NOTE: You will want a 4WD vehicle and/or snow tires if renting our home from November to May. It snows in the Rockies!! **
