Welcome to our charming three-bedroom cottage nestled on one of Braunton's oldest and most picturesque streets. The cottage is well-presented and offers a blend of traditional charm and modern comfort, but for now the outdoor area and shed is not accessible.

The double bed sleeps 2 adults. The single bed sleeps 1 adult. The bunk beds sleep 2 children. The sofa bed sleeps 1 adult so 4 adults and 2 children plus any babies you want to squeeze in is the capacity unless of course someone wants to sleep on the sofa too but may not be very comfortable.

The large double bedroom boasts built-in storage, providing plenty of space for your belongings. The cozy single room is perfect for a solo traveler or a child. The children's room is delightful, featuring bunk beds that kids will love. Each room has been carefully decorated to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

Plans are in place to redo the decking and add a log store and hot tub, enhancing the outdoor experience and providing more space for relaxation and entertainment.

To ensure a harmonious relationship with our neighbours, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:

Pets:

Ideally, we prefer no pets. However, in special circumstances, we can accommodate one pet, as requested by the neighbours.
Noise:

No parties or loud activities, especially late at night.
Avoid loud noise outside the property, particularly between the property and the shed. This area, while accessible to us, is owned by the neighbours.
Property Boundaries:

Please do not linger or loiter between the property and the shed.
Refrain from making loud phone calls or smoking in this area.
Wetsuits:

Do not hang wetsuits over the fence.
You may hang wetsuits in the shed and keep the shed door open for ventilation if needed.
Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
