    This sweet, upgraded cottage nestled on Brant Lake's western shoreline offers you a direct lakefront location, beautiful views, and access to your own sandy beach! It's located off of a back road on a cul-de-sac for maximum safety and privacy and all on one level with a nicely flowing floorplan. Outdoors, youngsters will love the level yard, and everyone can enjoy the patio with seating next to the water, plus the private dock where you can enjoy some water activities with the 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, a canoe, and a rowboat available.



    The Space:

    There's an additional association beach available to visit nearby. Back inside, you'll find a great room that looks out over the deck and lake. Flatscreen TVs with DVD players and cable are in three bedrooms, so there are a variety of entertainment choices for the whole household. Grab your crew and make vacation memories!



    Things to Know

    Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning.

    *Trash service is not available at this property. As with many remote homes in the Adirondack Park, this is a carry-in, carry-out location.

Super great location with sandy beach. Very calm and relaxed, the house is very inviting and clean. Some of the ACs were older and didn't quite work, but the temps were perfect at night for us but can imagine during peak summer it's bit hot. This was pointed out in the description and as such we did bring a small fan.The kayaks and paddle board were great, a wonderful addition.

Charming Lakefront oasis

We loved the Family oriented cottage. It was clean, well stocked and had everything you could want in a lake vacation home. The walk-in beach with dock and beachfront deck and gazebo were so scenic. We loved the kayak, rowboat, and paddleboard. There was not enough time to use the canoe because we were happily fishing off the dock and catching sunnies, and perch. Inside the home was fully stocked for cooking and everything was clean and in good working order.

Great stay

We had no problems with our stay and the lake is great. I thought the interior of the place was nicer than what the pictures show. It had good space for four of us. The nicest part was the lake front with the kayak, canoe, rowboat and SUP. Our family loved the opportunity to go out on the lake in these. The kids also loved swimming by just going to the lake. Vacasa also was very timely in answering questions before our visit. I think they typically got back to us within a day. Thank you all for a great time at the house.
