'Everyone is always so friendly and helpful if we ever need anything.'

'We stayed in 324 & 325. Both rooms were nice but mini fridges need to be vacuumed behind routinely and the shower drain in 324 was clogged. Rooms were very comfortable though. Was told when we checked in that’s pools were 24/7 and bar was open until 11:00. We went to the bar @ 10:30 & they had shut up shop with everything locked & stood inside looking @ us like we were the crazy ones. Was a little disappointed in that. Would stay here again as we do enjoy the pools & the hot tubs.'

'Good'

'This was my first stay at this Best Western. It was very quiet, well-staffed, clean, and comfortable. I don't remember a quieter room from climate control, street noise, and hallway noise. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the side chair with ottoman was perfect. Breakfast was better earlier in the shift unlike other places where business traffic is high. This hotel had concierge service for tickets and reservations, a plus. I was very satisfied with the value for the price!'

'Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.'

'Prima hotel, zeker voor dsze prijs. Ruime, schone kamer. Warme douche. Prima ontbijt. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid, wat fijn is in Branson.'

'I was so excited when I learned the Grand Plaza Hotel was opened again. What a disappointment:( Stains on the carpet throughout the room and hallways , mattress was bouncy very uncomfortable you could feel the springs. You could see the wires hanging from the A/C unit. The breakfast was horrible! Biscuits were hard as a rock, gravy watered down along with the coffee, powder eggs were cold along with everything else. Staff was friendly about the only good thing. Do yourself a favor and stay...
