'I didn't being awake in the night for false fire alarm. When most people staying were elderly with disabilities. Very hard to get down 5 flights. Also food needs spicy and seasoning especially breakfast eggs.'

'This is a fairy tale stay. I feel like a queen every time I come here. It is wonderful place. We had a lake view this time from our balcony. It left me in awe. We plan to come during the Christmas season which we have been before. It is amazing all decorated for the holiday season. You won’t be disappointed. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Great mattress! Service is always welcoming and helpful. It is also very quiet. I can’t say enough about this place. '

'We booked very last minute and were fortunate to find what may have been the only king bed available in all of Branson. Check in was easy and the desk staff was very friendly. Facilities are clean and well kept albeit a bit dated. The complimentary breakfast was BY FAR the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The biscuits melted in your mouth. There was a private event happening in the building we were assigned too, and we were concerned that it was going to be loud. It was so...

'The staff was wonderful. Everyone we encountered was so kind and helpful! The hotel itself is tired to say it best. As others stated, the carpet is in big time need of replacing. The water pressure was almost non existent. The beds were clean and comfortable. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower while you enjoy Branson, this is a good place to do so! '
